Was looking for a second monitor for my computer setup, saw JW had one of the options I wanted. Easy to navigate through menus and a good shopping experience overall.

Ordering was easy but getting it processed took 2 weeks but after they processed it delivery came in 2 days which was fantastic I know it was coz they had to get their supplier to send it to them first hence why they didn't go ahead and process it right away other then that tho it was overall decent experience they responded to my emails also which is always good, thank you for the product jw computers I might buy another of the same product again in the near future.

I can't comment on the products themselves as they are Christmas gifts and won't be opened until then.
The ordering was fine, the pricing was great and the free freight promotion was an added bonus.
The disturbing thing was that the monitor was shipped without any added protection other than its original display box. The shipping label was stuck straight onto the outside of the display box and sent as is. Consequently the box received water damage and came apart at one end. Luckily the styrene foam seems to be undamaged and therefore the monitor inside should be fine however we won't know for sure until it's opened. The mouse on the other hand was packed inside a seperate box like a proper parcel and was intact on arrival.

It took a week for the product to be shipped out. There were no updates and I had to call out thrice to get updates and get this prioritised.
