Great product, good purchase experience but all that was let down by Australia Poet's usual long winded delivery process. After taking that into account we were very happy with our purchase.

6 days of internal JW processing before hitting the road.

Delivered on 8 Dec ( to Kalgoorlie WA)
Ergo, internal processing takes 50% longer than the journey by mail.
This could be improved to have a better customer experience overall.

Only downside was I purchased express delivery and the order wasn't sent for a good week, weather it was the store or Auspost taking a long time to actually pick it up I'm not sure as orders from a few other places have taken a close to a week to be picked up by Auspost so its likely they are the issue.

Easy to place an order. The delivery is fast and satisfactory.

Easily ordered online. Was told at time of order that there was a back order for the product. I was provided a date when they where to start be delivered. Great information and it was relatively accurate.

Overall, the experience has been good, the time between purchase and process was a little longer than expected; however, was offset by the products being delivered earlier than expected.

Totally hassle free and timely experience. 10/10.

My experience with JW Computers was very pleasant. When I emailed them about my late order, they replied very quickly. JW Computers gave me express shipping to speed up my delivery, which was very good of them. Overall it was a great experience.

I am waiting 14 days for my order.

I contacted them and the answer was "we do not have your product in stock" but the same product and model is been selling in the website with 1-2 dispatch timeframe.

So disrespectful.
