Dear JW Team, I have provided low ratings because when I ordered the website said 2-3 business days to ship. My package was delivered on the 21Dec after an order was placed on the 7th Dec. I had to follow up and the response was 24hours later. My expectation is if the intended delivery is outside of your website statements, the customer is proactively notified of the delay. I would have given 4 or 5 stars if this was the case.

It was straight forward this time as i didnt order any extra cables so the PC came on time unlike the last order which go way laid by it
My order was not processed for more than a week after ordering even though the website said it would be 1-3 working days. I sent an email and then had to also call to find out what was happening with my order. Once I actually got to speak to someone, it was sorted very quickly and I received my order within days. It is just unfortunate that I had to chase up my order before it was processed. However, the staff made every effort to fix the situation quickly and I appreciated that.
