Aspen has been currently helping me with my questions and answers are very quick and helpfull. So I've been a Xidax customer for about ten years. Bought my son a gaming computer and since it was so great, when it came time for me to buy myself one I did. Then I bought a laptop too. After seven years, my desktop was slowing down so I went right back to the people who make great computers and bought a new desktop. I've never needed support until now. Kept getting booted from the internet and I work from home so this is a problem. I emailed over and got hooked up with Aspen who quickly took control of my computer. I watched him move through my screens and work his magic. I'm back to running and all is well. Aspen was great and I'm grateful. Thank you, Aspen and Xidax!

Aspen was helpful and quick with a response and with a suggestion (that I took) for a part that was delaying the assembly of my PC. By the next day I had a photo of the assembled PC. However, I waited about 14 days before e-mailing Xidax and would still be waiting had I not done that, but it's all good. 5 *s.
I called Aspen when my computer was not working. He walked me through some stuff I still don't understand but he does and he got it to work. He is brilliant. You should pay him more.
