Tracking didn't work due to a general issue with the tracking provider, but no issues with delivery.
Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The store has a good selection and if they don't have what you need in store, you can usually order it online and then pick it up in store. Prices are fair as well. Would recommend.

I ordered the Simplecom CH320, paid online, and it arrived in reasonable time (5 business days). The only anomaly is the item's price sticker states $18 and I paid $23 plus delivery online. Strange. Haven't tested the CH320 as yet.

I had an issue with my original order after cancelling items out and paying by direct bank transfer, but JW's staff were very helpful in arranging a refund, emailing and even phoning back to ensure I got it in a timely fashion. The order spent some time in processing due to the busy New Year's period but shipped very fast with express post.
