Hi The product is fine and there was no damage however I expected delivery to my door and all I received was an e-mail telling me to pick it up at the PO. My PO is miles away as I live in the country so it was quite inconvenient to have to go and pick it up especially as I am 85.
No complaints at all. Ordering was a smooth process. You accepted my PO Box (some companies won't) and despatch was prompt. I was also informed of the delivery process throughout.
