We ordered a HP laptop with some customisation required. The customisation requirements were answered quickly and caused a slight delay before the laptop was despatched. We were more than happy with the timescale, pricing, responsiveness and easy of ordering.
As stated in the title, took a long time to get the item "in stock". It was after a few weeks after ordering I contacted JW Computers, to which I was told it would still be "a few weeks" before they would receive stock. After that a few days later my purchase arrived.
