To say that I was surprised would be to say nothing! Our flight that was scheduled for March 25,2020 was canceled of course and we were give an option to re-book. This was my first positive experience with this agency. And last night when I called and asked if I could be fully refunded the cancelled flight at first and then when calling to reschedule it, I decided just to cancel it. I did not expect AT ALL that I will be given the full refund! WOW, just WOW. I am so thankful for that. And today when I called and then went to website to book two tickets for me to travel and bring my mom who is stack in another country back home, I was given all help possible to make this trip happen. You cannot even imagine what that means to me to be able to travel and get back my mother and JustFly makes it always happen. ALWAYS! Love this agency and will never, never book through any other options!
I have been dealing with this crooked site sense January 2020. My trip was cancelled due to corona virus. I have been refunded hotel and rental car. Delta airlines and American airlines has yet to refund my tickets. I am pretty sure the US government stated the airlines were to refund the tickets and not credit towards another flight. I am stuck in the middle between Justfly and the airlines. This is not a good way to conduct or maintain a business. I will not ever use another service for anything. I will call directly to the airlines, motel, and rental car. I hope justfly goes under with the rest of these illegal sites.
We had to change our flight plans because of graduation date changes due to COVID last minute. The process to change my one way flight has been ridiculous. I still do not have a confirmation that it is changed and am told to wait. The fees per reservation were ridiculous considering I had to cancel online and they had to do nothing. I had to wait 24 hours to be able to use credits and still do not have new flight confirmation. This has been an absolute nightmare and I will never use a site like this again for booking due to all the hassles, inconveniences, and delays in service coupled with the outrageous service fees for what?
We understand that this Covid 19 have terribly impacted the travel and airline industry. A month before my wife's back end of her itinerary, we have been trying constantly to reach JustFly to see what are our options. For 2 weeks we tried everyday, not able to reach Justfly... This was about early to middle of April... Finally able to connect by end of April or so... no option but to refund... was advised they will submit the request to the airline and will update us by email. No update until today... when I called to check was told they had not process because it needs our confirmation! Really? Finally realized, they did not process because they need to charge $35 for processing the request... they charge a fee for a problem that is not our fault... the airline refunded without fee and yet justfly would like to charge a fee before completing the refund! Imagine, they charge now and yet I was advised that the refund could take 12 weeks to receive... DEFINITELY NOT USING JUSTFLY again... they would get any money they can get from client!

Earlier this year, I had to book over 300+ plane tickets for the company I was working for before Coronavirus. Using their state of the art search, I was able to score 300 great deals, helping me come in under budget on one of the most stressful assignments of my career. I just booked my ticket from NYC to Chicago (headed home to wait out the virus) and they did it again. Only $200 round trip! Plus, their amazing user interface makes tailoring your reservation so simple. I'd give 50 stars if I could!
I and two of my friends booked ticket during December, '19 from Justfly.com for a joint international travel with Singapore Airlines. The travel was to take place during mid-June, '20. Due to COVID-19 scenario, the trip had to be cancelled by all three of us. All three of us were eligible for full refund, as per directive from Singapore Airlines. My friends cancelled their tickets during last week of April and got full refund. I cancelled during first week of May, and was appalled to note that Justfly.com had formed policies (which was not published to its customers) to misguide and discriminate among customers during such an extra-ordinary morbid circumstance. I did not get full refund, needless to say. When enquired, they talked about this policy (which they did not bother to inform anyone) as the discriminatory tool employed by them to mislead and deceive people.
I'll never do any business with these people to avoid deception, and so will be the case for my friends who figured out that they could be at the receiving end as well when dealing with such dishonest organization.
Everything flowed easily for each step.The prices were very good and was completed very quickly.
I booked with JustFly ticket from San Francisco to Paris on 1 Apr, 2020 but I couldn't use it because AirFrance airline was banned due to coronavirus situation. So, when I called JustFly, they said that I should cancell this booking and we could book another tickets and so I did. JustFly charged me $200 fee for the cancellation later. If I booked this ticket with AirFrance, they would give me a full refund for it, they wrote to me an email and said it! I lost with JustFly a huge amount of money. They are not honest with customers. I also booked with JustFly other two tickets San Francisco to London (booking 182-522-621) and paid $354.95, and from London to St Petersburg (booking 182-522-911) for which I paid $234.05 I couldn't use them for the same reason ( they were banned) and I never received a refuld for them! Do not use JustFly.com!

The site gives the "best prices" which I didn't feel like they were any better than Expedia or trivago. The customer service for this site is awful! Everytime I had to call in regards to my flight the call would be at least 2-3 hours long between waiting and being constantly transferred to someone else who didn't know what they were doing.
I received an email from them advising me to cancel my flight due to the coronavirus and that I was eligible for a full refund. I also had purchased flight insurance previous to this. The woman I spoke to first laughed when I asked for her assistance in canceling my flight saying not everywhere was affected by the virus... my layover was in Bejing in one of the first areas hit by the virus. Then I was transferred over to another Rep. Who said I had to pay $200 to cancel my flight and after explaining to her countless times that I had flight insurance she knocked the price down to $100. I was traveling with a friend who luckily got a better Rep. That gave her a full refund without any hassle, unfornately I wasn't as lucky. ALL the reps. I spoke to had very thick middle eastern/ asia accents that were very hard to understand half the time and would get angry when asked to repeat themselves. They all spoke incredibly fast as well. I'm in my twenties and have never had an issue with hearing others over the phone until I had to deal with this company... This site is full of scammers. Stay away from them!
Now is not the greatest time to be a company selling plane tickets. I am still waiting on two refunds from them (over 6 weeks now). Before this pandemic, I didn't have any issues with my flights. This has been one of the cheapest websites I have found for flights.
They charged us for seat selection without our knowledge. Then after the Coronavirus/COVID-19, the airlines cancelled our flight & gave us a full refund. Justfly took advantage of our situation and took a big cut for themselves. Not a reputable or honest agent. Stay away!

Purchased a ticket that was refunded by AA (American Airlines was great btw). The refund went to Justfly instead of me because apparently Justfly took my money and then used their credit card to pay for the flight, so AA refunded them the money. I have called now 6 times to get my refunded money. I have spent close to 10 hours on the phone with Justfly. The recent CS agent just hung up on me. It has been over 2 months and they still haven't issued a refund. They literally have stolen my money and won't give it back.
This doesn't include the hassle that you will go through if any changes need to be made for your flight, either on your end or the airlines. Because they are an intermediary nothing happens. Stay away, stay away, stay away. Hands down the worst company I have dealt with in my life.
Even though the airline canceled the flight to my final destination for May 19th, justfly scammed the hell out of me ($2000 worth of fare/ seat). When asked to issue a refund they claimed "you're only able to rebook for July." That's not how the real world works. You can't take vacations on your time. Pathetic. Money hungry Thieves!
We had flights booked to Europe for September 2020 in conjunction with a 3 week vacation in multiple countries. Recently, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the airline canceled all flights for the obvious reason. We expected a full refund. Eventually we got notice of a refund. All except a $70.00 "processing fee". This cancellation was not our idea or our fault and we didn't think this was reasonable.
My wife finally got through on the phone to JustFly today, where the representative was completely unhelpful, obtuse and refused to put her through to a supervisor. After 45 minutes phone time my wife gave up and is now on the phone with Amex to dispute the charges.
This is a sleazy way to do business and we will not be using them again.
