I used justfly for my trip from BC to Alberta. It was a fine experience. The airport staff was very helpful. Being a senior the help much appreciated. I just booked my return flight at the end of the month & hoping for the same comfy experience. THANK YOU
Booking a flight with Justfly on American Airlines was an easy, pleasurable experience. I wanted a cheap ticket and at short notice. Not only did I get a reasonably priced ticket, though with a circuitous flight route, my overall interaction with a Justfly staff member was as pleasant as it was professional. On my next trip, I would absolutely be looking to Justfly to book my ticket... and hopefully get a more direct flight to my destination and at their usual great rates too!
I used to by with JustFly all the time even though my friends told me about the horrible experiences. It wasn't until I've experienced this horrible experience myself that I have blacklisted JustFly as well as any other third party travel agent because of being traumatized on how they messed up my flight accommodations from Vietnam to America. There was a flight change last minute that made my layover in Seoul, Korea to 9 hours of layover time. They called and asked me what I preferred as an accommodation -- a free tour of the city or a free hotel voucher. Being that I've never been in Seoul, I chose the tour. Lo and behold, when I arrived in Seoul, there was NO tour voucher (because the tour actually occurred during the time of my next flight) and NO hotel voucher! I tried calling and explaining my situation but honestly, the representative did not care and hung up on me several times while I was in the middle of talking. In the end, I had to hang around the airport for 9 hours. Never dealing with them again. I say pay a little bit more to get a ticket under the actual airline and save yourself the hassle of my experience and giving yourself the peace of mind.

All of you go on the GOV website for consumers protection and public safety file a complaint, also send email to state attorney and advise about the problem, much complaint, much chance that attorney will take the action about #criminalactivity of this agency. Also file the BBB complaint
They just got me with $240 round trip but I ended up paying $800 per person.

I decided to cancel $450 ripped off

These guys are thieves, I called 15 times to get my refund as lufthansa said I am eligible for that. But every time I call they lie and keep me on hold for 4 hours. Never ever book with these thieves. As for my refund, i will get it JustFly but i will make sure i light you up on social media and any other platform on earth. I put my self in harms way to earn a living, I pay for something and you cannot deliver you give me my money back.
They tell me they will call me back 24 to 48 hours, i dont get a call, i call them and we start the process over again, with the "oooh we are doing everything we can we will call u back in 24 to 48 hours"

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
