I never had any issues booking with justfly and never had any cancellations. I booked my flight to go to Houston but because of covid j couldn't go. I called to see if they will let me change the destination. But the girl I spoke to was really unprofessional, her tone was very condescending. She truly didn't make me feel like a valued customer. I had a booking to go to Nigeria for a wedding in May 16th due to COVID19 my flight was cancelled and I called justfly and I was promised a refund. Since them I had being calling justfly with no reply, all you get is their answering service that tells you to travel when they want that they can not help you and I paid about $1000. I do not know what to do and I can't afford a lawyer. On May 22nd I called justfly and spoke with an agent called herself Sky and she told me that my refund will be processed, she even gave me a case number but it will take time due to the volume of refunds they had to do. I have called them every no response their say that they area not in their office due to COVID19
