I regularly fly to a rural part of Africa, and I find more flight options and better pricing here than anywhere else!
I was able to book with JustFly at a better rate than Delta. However, JustFly allowed seat assignment but Delta would not honor. This was misleading. When selecting seats, I was able to select emergency exit row... I thought it was too good to be true and it was. I can not get a seat assignment until I check in for the flight. However, I'm happy with rate - I just hope that I can get a seat... and not get bumped. That's my only concern.
Good fast and easy. Not going to be my last time booking at this site. Couldn't find any site with cheaper tickets
It was very easy to find the flights I needed. I loved the option of being able to select a single flight that I want as either the departure or arrival flight and then search for combinations using that selected flight

The booking of my flight thru JustFly was clean with no problems. I cannot make a complete assessment until I have taken the scheduled flight which is June 28-July 3. However so far, I would recommend JustFly to family and friends.
First time, not bad at all. Will have to see what your customer service is like. The website was fairly easy to use, putting the price first gives the the opportunity to jump on the perfect price. Separate note, baggage price is always a a concern.
Worst experience ever! The airline booked my CONFIRMATION and stated - 'Booked. No need to reconfirm'. And by mistake sent an email to wrong address. So when I called them an hour later they are telling me your fight was cancelled due to unavailability. However when I put the website reference number on the website it said that my flight was booked and no need to reconfirm.
When I asked the supervisor what if I would have gone to the website with the pnr she had no valid reason! Not to mention her rudeness was beyond explaination!
Never using this site ever! And not to mention when they give you these silly deals about calling the agent for a better fare is a total scam. They bump up the price by atleast $50.
Fast easy booking. Hope using the tickets goes as easy as the booking did. Have I made it to woo caractures yet.
I find dJusFly is so easy to use, and I've had luck with low air fares each time I've used it.

If you are planning to use justfly to visit you military loved one DON'T... I need to rebook my flight because my child is being deployed and their helpful suggestion was to pay $1200 to rebook or $250 to cancel. Why would I pay to cancel the flight? And not receive a refund of any type. Yes I took at the insurance and yes it was my own fault I didn't realize I needed to be terminally ill or passed away to receive my refund. I certainly didn't know my house had to be flooded or lord knows what else. I'm not asking for special treatment but when a military family has to reschedule because of a deployment or their duty to our country comes up some consideration should be available. Seriously it was suggested by three people that I cancel my flight. I'm already loosing the money and you want me to loose more by paying you to cancel? Oh by the way I am going on my trip 8 weeks later than planned and I won't be booking through just fly.
And just so you're aware I am on a social media group with 1000's of military moms who already know that just fly is just a joke

So far the online experience was great. My flight leaves Wed. So we'll see what happens at the airport an how the flight itself is.
Best prices. Checked multiple airlines at one time so it saved me time. It was easy to use and it was fast.

The site was easy to use. The only problem I had was that you do not take the credit card that I usually use. A lot of seats were blocked out and my reservations are being made three months in advance so I did not think this many seats could have been taken already. Still excited about my trip to visit my grandson.
Easy enough to book. Not too pushy with insurance. Quick and easy. Price changed at last minute, still wondering why.
