When my wife and I arrived at LAX for our international flight we were shocked to find out that our reservations had been dropped. According to AA, Justfly had booked an illegal connection, so our reservation had been dropped. Our return flights also had an illegal connection. Fortunately, AA rebooked all our flights. Justfly claims the flight times changed (a 5 minute change) and they were not notified of either the change or the cancellation of our reservations. What good is a booking company that cannot keep track of bookings it makes? We will never again use or recommend Justfly.

I recently made reservation and then realized that my reservation was to the wrong city at a very high airfare after 20 minutes I realized my error I called justfly and they immediately cancelled the flight and made arraingements for my refund
I changed my plans within the 4 hour window and called to cancel my justfly reservation. I didn't give it a 5 star because it was very difficult to understand the customer support rep I spoke with.
Ordering was easy with no hassles, excipients service and I am looking farward to my trip. I am hoping for a smooth flight and a great vacation.
It was easy to input my departure and return dates and find the cheapest ones. The only downside is you should tell people ahead of time that seats are not guaranteed and carry ones are not permitted unless they are small personal items.
I fly to Cincinnati 3 or 4 times a year. I always use justfly. I have tried some of the other sites and they can be confusing- or they offer a price and you choose that flight and then the price goes up. I have never had any problems with justfly. I also like the email price alerts when I am considering an upcoming trip.
Easy to use website. Gives alternate dates with great prices if you can be flexible. Have not yet redeemed my eticket.

Everything works well, and quickly. My only complaint was that, when being transferred to an airline's site, not once did I get the price listed on just fly. I'm sure this is the airline's fault, however. If you need a last-minute flight, what can you do?

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
