The customer reps does NOT speak English! The rep couldn't understand normal English and booked the wrong flight. Flight 699 instead of 399. They insisted I booked the flight so it's my fault. And if I wanna change the flight I need to pay a $250 per person fee, then 20 minutes later say I need to pay a $200 per person fee. Very fishy right? Anyways I didn't bother to change the flight at the end. I was on the phone for over 70 minutes trying to resolve this issue and it wasn't resolved. The supervisor is no use. His English is only a little better.

Was an easy experience but only disappointed that I cannot pick my seat right away. Wish I could use my Discover card to charge the airline fee as well. Not convenient to use my VISA

Flight was easy to book and very cheap for where I am going. Cheapest I've found in awhile. Only thing that was confusing was the flight price said $549 + tax. At the end, it said $589 + tax and I am not sure where the extra $40 was added. Even with that $40 added, it was still a cheap flight and an easy process

Phone support is terrible

I called the number for assistance shown while trying to book my flight. Your representative didn't speak English so I could understand what she was saying. When I asked her to clarify, she said I had to call Customer Services and she hung up.

Expensive but effective

Bought the ticket, then was charged another $30 for a charge increase as soon as I hit submit. Then bought the protection plan, then immediately received an email stating that it was invalid with the airline I purchased the ticket from. I guess when you are in a tight spot expect the price to increase due to the emergent nature.

When booking a return flight for our upcoming vacation we were specifically looking at flights that had layovers over 1 hr. We are traveling for the first time with our infant son and need adequate time to make sure he can eat, get changed, etc. We specifically booked this flight bc when searching on your website the layover was 1hr 48 mins but once we received our confirmation email it only showed a 32 min layover which is unacceptable. I called this morning to get things straightened out and was told there would be a cancellation fee of $75/ticket and when I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 10 mins and then told a manager would call me back within an hour. It has now been 3 hrs and still no return call. I will never use your site again and will commit to writing as many online reviews as possible in hopes of saving other people from your bait and switch tactics. I have just searched your website again and the flight information has still not been updated. If you can't provide accurate flight information why are you in this business? I had high hopes after getting a recommendation from a family member to try your site but unfortunately was extremely let down.
