I use to live in NY and got permission to move to Florida from Family court. Just before i moved my ex filed for divorce forcing me to fly back and forth to NY. Ive used Just Fly a few times as the prices are hard to beat. But this time... i received a call from my lawyer telling me my trail court date was cancelled this morning. They appointed a new judge and there is a new court date. So i called Just Fly to change the flight. Even though i purchased the insurance i was told i would have to pay 775.00 to change the flight, 200 cancellation fee from the airline, 475 fee (which i couldn't understand what exactly it was for, no matter how many times i asked him to repeat himself) and 175. Price difference in fair EVEN though according to the JustFly site it was cheaper then the flight i booked... WHAAAAT? After some time on the phone and the customer service getting nasty with me, telling me its not his problem, there was nothing he could do, refusing to put a supervisor on the phone. I called United directly. Paid 150.00 to change the flight. If there is any chance your flight or trip can get canceled dont book through just fly, and as far as i can tell the extra insurance is completely useless. I dont know if i would ever use JustFly again for a trip like this.

I looked at JustFly and the price was the same as on JetBlue so I stupidly figured let someone make a commission and booked the flight with Justfly. The bill came in for the flight plus an extra $23.90. I called to ask why and they do not accept calls you must email them. I sent the email and was told I was charged for a "seating assignment fee". I never heard of such a thing. I then asked to be told where on the site it tells me about this fee and they just don't answer. I got screwed- don't use them so your not screwed too.
The cite was easy to maneuver. I was able to schedule my flight. I thought the cost was a little high.

I called to upgrade my ticket and was told I couldn't when minutes before I called spoke to a manager in person at my local airport and he told me I could. I decided to call and make the change and willing to pay the $25 dollars I was told however when I called they told me I couldn't and make wait for more than 1 hour to tell me ok yes you can but have to pay more than$25 that I was previously told. Then our call kept getting disconnected. What a disappoinment... and they charge too much for your third lauggage$150.00
I always have an amazing experience with Justfly. I have been booking my tickets trough them for over a year and each time is great. If there is any changes in flights they email right away and let you know. I'm a big fan and I have told many friends about it.

On my flight from Columbus to Washington snacks were only served half way and the plane landed. That wasn't very professional because everyone on board was expecting to have some.
A great on line experience. The site was easy to navigate and the fares were the best I could find. Due to my own error, I had to contact customer service. The problem was solved quickly and the agent was very courteous. I would recommend Justfly.
At first it was difficult to get through because of the high volume of calls but I called at a later time got through quickly. Representative was very helpful and polite.

Good i like it. Airlines is never delayed. Its always on time and staffs are very cooperative. Space inside flight is preety good and most importantly price of the flight is not so expensive.
Searched for about 3 days and this was the best price i found. So far i have not regret it since i kept searching and nothing compare to this price. Thank you justfly

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
