My sister celebrated her 70th birthday on October 10. On October 8, I used JustFlowers to send her an arrangement with Stargazer Lilies, a favorite flower. The arrangement included both blooms and buds, which means the flowers will be fresh and last longer. The website was easy and the flowers arrived on time. She was very touched.
Having ordered the premium flower bouquet, I was disappointed that the arrangement was not more artistically designed - it just looked like more flowers were added - no other thought given. Thank goodness recipient was pleased.
She sent me a photo and a thank you note. I am happy with the service.
Flowers were beautiful. One small problem was they were not delivered on the express time at 1pm. I then had to call about that which apologies were given and said it would arrive later. Later it was… 6:30pm!

It took too many follow up phone calls and emails to ensure delivery after the first delivery failed.
Poor customer service. Too much use of third parties. Go with a smaller company.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers advertised as $49. With additional handling and delivery it was $82. They shipped it a day early then called me to say they were charging me an additional $19 to meet the minimum requirements of the florist. After long debate with two managers, they waived the $19 charge. Big deal! This is a terrible business practice bordering on false advertising. Don't use these people.

We are committed to matching you with a local florist that can fill your order for your selected item's paid dollar-amount. However, there are rare occasions when the most cost-effective local florist's minimum exceeds the amount you paid for your selected item. Also, your order was in fact delivered on the requested delivery date of October 13th.

Tried to get me to give them an additional $15.00 in order to get the order sent after it was already over a day late from the promised next day delivery. When that failed, they did not send order for 4 more days and delivered to a very sick patient at 8:30 PM at night, without calling first. Will never use again.

They did deliver the flowers, at 6pm. A bit late in the day but still ok I suppose. Some of the sunflowers look wilted I'm guessing from the heat in general. The wife still was happy with them so it's a win

Easy to order online and prompt delivery. The flowers were very similar to the picture online.
I ordered birthday flowers and they were delivered one day late due to the (Carolina) hurricane. They were nearly the same as pictured. Except for the vase which was the same color,but was not the nice one pictured.

We wanted to send a gift basket to a couple we have known for many years who celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary. The basket was simply spectacular and delivery was right on time.
I have been a customer for a number of years and have always been very satisfied with this company.
