I ordered flowers to be delivered and when I saw the final arrangement it looked nothing like the picture for which I thought I was getting. It looked like a rookie did it with their eyes closed. Talked to management and they really did not try to go out of their way to reimburse, what I thought, was a fair deal. They gave me only $15 out of $116. And that took me about 30 to 45 minutes to get $15 talking to them on the phone. They started me out at $5 and then went to $10 and finally went to management and they gave me $15. I will never send anybody to Just Flowers again. I was just so very very disappointed in the creation of the bouquet. There was nothing wrong with the delivery but you have got to have two sides, from a great looking Arrangement and a great delivery. They truly failed on the arrangement.
Placed order, but after 5 days order still not delivered. We gave up.

This was my first time ordering from your company. I was very delighted to see how beautiful the flower arrangement was. I had had the order sent to someone recovering from surgery as a pick-me-up. It really did the job.
It's always a bit nerve-wracking doing an overseas order, but the orchid plant delivered as a retirement gift for a colleague was even more attractive than that illustrated. Beautiful pot, beautiful presentation, safe and on-time delivery -- a delighted colleague.
