I had problems with the quality and quantity of the flower arrangement. Spoke with several service representatives over the course of a few weeks about my concerns. End result, I think they took 5 bucks off. I will never use this website again.
I was so disappointed when I saw the flowers that had been delivered. Frankly, I went to a Meier store in Grand Rapids, where my order had been delivered, and for $18.00 found another bouquet that was absolutely beautiful, full, and far more lavish than what was delivered. I won't be ordering from you again and will not be suggesting others do either.

I will never use justflowers.com again. The only thing that was as I requested was the delivery. The arrangement that was received was nothing like what I ordered. It was not seasonal, the vase was cheap looking and the floral arrangement looked hurried, like it had been thrown together at the last minute. When I received a picture of what had been delivered I was embarrassed. Customer service informed me that I had received "Comparable value" to what I'd ordered, which I totally disagreed with. Never again.
I was pleased with online order experience. Hopeful that flower arrangement will be equally pleasing.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
