I purchased several dresses on line, thinking this was an American company. My package arrived from a California address. When I discovered the sizes were incorrect and attempted to return them, I was informed they must be returned to China. The cost of mailing would exceed the value of the items. I did dispute this with both PayPal and my credit card company, but both sided with the Chinese company. I was stuck with dresses that did not fit. Don't chance it. Don't buy from this company. Their clothing is not sized correctly and you will not be able to reasonably return anything.

I ordered a pair of boots on 1/1/18. Today is 1/17/18. It is still in processing mode. I emailed them to ask why, they answered telling me they are backlogged with emails & would get back to me in 5 days. Still waiting. Scam artists, anyone can open a paypal account. I think the whole website is bogus. The positive reviews are put there by the people scamming us. At least it was only $25.00.

Bought the yellow coat with hood with grey inside. I am size 14 and ordered XL but it's still 2 sizes too small. Also, the ad picture showed a roomy, loose knee length coat it's not... it's a tight short jacket made in a scratchy felt type fabric... AVOID SITE! I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.

Ordered boots at the end of December &paid extra, almost the same price as the boots, for express shipping (2-5 days). Paid via PayPal.
As of today (1-11-18) I have not received my
Order. I did receive a shipping confirmation from the company, in Chinese. Attempts to contact them never go through, only states loading. Feeling foolish. Will try to complain to PayPal & see what happens. Do not order from these scammers!

This should be 0 stars but that option does not exist. Place order for women's boots in December 2017 and paid by paypal, who states they don't pay the seller until shipping is confirmed. Well that is not true because paypal paid them long ago and the item stays in the perpetual "processing" status on the site. Tried contacting the site numerous times and never get a response. The company is a total scam and nobody should order anything from them. Paypal has yet to respond to me when I contacted them and asked why they already paid for something that has not been shipped.

I ordered boots just after Christmas and they havent arrived. Tried contacting the company by email to find my email wouldnt go and appear to have no way to contact them. I now think that they are scammers. I even posted something on Facebook in the hopes that they would respond as thats where I bought my item from.
We receive a high number of e-mails and requests during the peak season and therefore the response time is delayed.
For order status inquery, please do submit such an exact message as "Where is my order?" for faster response.
Note the language errors (though slight they are there) and identical statements of the 'online shop' in the positive reviews!

You aren't buying what's in the advertised picture. Worse still, they make you pay for shipping when returning the item. The return to China is going to cost more than the coat itself!

Sorry can't believe these positive reviews. Suspect they are from the company themselves. Returned a coat I ordered, which came at least three sizes smaller than it should be and of terrible nylon feeling fabric. Had two calls from China at 3 am 21 days ago saying they had received the item, now the company is saying the return was not received! Despite sending proof of postage and screenshot of calls I am getting nowhere. DO NOT TOUCH THEM.
