We followed the return steps as instructed. Instead of receiving a return address within 24 hours, they sent us an offer for a 15% discount or store credit. The fact that they're not following their own protocol shows what scam this company is. Not to mention shipping from the US to China starts at $70 it's hardly worth even sending back.

HUGE WARNING! Favorable reviews are very likely coming from the company itself... not true USA consumers. This company is a complete sham! If you order and dont follow up, youll never receive product. If you follow up and ask for cancellations of order due to non-delivery, they immediately ship and tell you its too late, that you can return for a credit if you dont like the product. Reviews Ive read state that if you return, they state they never receive the product. You will NOT get a credit! They are thieves. Do not order!

Unacceptable experience with this company. Totally untrustworthy, makes your customers an idiot. I sent a lot of emails and they do not return, my stuffs have disappeared and they do not even respond to the email. A negligent, anti-ethical, immoral and absolutely poor company in every aspect, from the mediocre site with no decent information about the shipment to the attendants who do not even contact you or they give you any vague answer just to state that they answered. I'm gonna sue you!

Well I finally received a credit on my account thanks to Paypal.If I had not filed a dispute with this company through Paypal I don't think I would have ever heard from them, learned my lesson

Beware of buying on this site. I thought seeing it accepted paypal it was legit.It is an overseas site. I ordered boots on December 22 and never received them although they charged my paypal account. When trying to contact them they say will email you back in 5 days but never do, keep saying it is peak season. I have filed a dispute and will hopefully get my money back

Item arrived, a jacket which was 5xl. It wouldn't fit a size 14. Either in width or length. Cheap and shoddy, not even worth returning going in the bin. DO NOT BUY

I purchased five items, the quality of every item was very poor. Additionally, everything ran extremely small. The order was shipped on three separate dates though I placed one order, and it took about six weeks to get everything. And worst of all their exchange policy is too restrictive, they only give you 15 day from the time of delivery. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I saw an ad on Instagram and like that slip on fur lined boot. I need it and bought it. I got email from them 'thank you for your order and we will ship out when they are ready'. I thought WHEN THEY ARE READY? I waited for two weeks. I emailed them 'where are my boots?' I got reply "due to high volume and we will try to get back to you asap. Please do not reply'. Two days later, nothing I emailed again. I checked their site and have NO IDEA where they are from... China? I filed complain with Paypal. I got message from them "we will issue refund within a week". THEY BETTER GIVE ME DAMN REFUND! I checked their site and found that There are NO fur lined slip on boots at all! OMG!

I just stopped by to read the reviews before checking out the website. I'm not even going to bother. Anyone else notice that all the "positive" reviews are written in broken English, yet the profile pictures are clearly those of Caucasian ladies? Oh and that's not all. There's about 5 or 6 reviews that use the term "good stuff", and the majority were posted on 1/20. Seems to me, this justfashionnow place are writing their own reviews. I'll keep my money thanks.
