Just Fashion advertised on Facebook and the shoes looked comfortable and waterproof, but when they arrived I found they were too large. I filled out the return form on their website and waited for my authorization and return label which they claimed would take five days. That was weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Don't order from this company. They might as well simply state that there are no returns.

I agree with all BAD reviews about this Company. I order a Jacket and they sent me the ugliest garment I have seen in my life. I request the sticker to return it, and I sent it through USPS. I paid US $ 22.75 from my pocket for the return. It was on December 27,2017. Until now they have not returned my money from the Order. They have a robot that keeps answering that they have received nothing I returned. This Company is a real Scam. They are no more than thieves. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I ordered a pair of boots, took forever to get because they come out of korea. When I received them, a few days later I received another pair. I tried contacting them only to be told they were on holiday and wouldn't return until the end of February. I'm 71 years old and couldn't figure out how to return them. Again I reached out to customer service 3 times to help me. When they finally answered me it was to say my time expired to return them. Please boycott this Korean based company!

I waited two months for my items to arrive and the customer service department is non existent. I am so glad I did not use them for christmas gifts because I would not be able to give them as gifts. Maybe as rags. The items are cheap garbage. Poor quality in the fabric, stitching and sizing. The coat I ordered looks NOTHING like the photo and I think they put the same size on everything, they should be locked up and thrown in jail

Kudos to them. BUT I did buy through Paypal so how much pressure they exerted is unknown. I don't have my refund yet. I still say that one needs to be wary. The other reviews here are suspicious! AND in this day of two day delivery, two months just doesn't work.

Ordered winter boots on January 7. They were shipped February 9, and I was told I will receive them in "7-20 business days". If you don't mind waiting over TWO MONTHS for a product- go ahead and order. But I never will order from them again.

I purchased two items of clothing from Just For Fashion. It took them more then 2 1/2 months for it to arrive, though they didn't tell me until I contacted them 1 1/2 months later. The one item was good, the second was rust when it was supposed to be camel, short and not the style. If you only job is to sell fashion why would it be so bad. They then tell you to ship back, O by the way the cost of shipping to China is more then the item. This is the best ripoff, Chinese garment was cheap,, wrong style and wrong color. The photos are. The rust one is what I received the Camel one was what was to be sent

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered 4 items for delivery to Australia. 3 arrived eventually and were unwearable due to faults and poor workmanship. Obviously no Quality Control! They refunded the missing item (I was lucky there) and suggested I return 2 of the other items (I would have to pay return shipping!). They decided the 3rd item didn't qualify as faulty (very poor stitching!?). As I had paid with PayPal I thought I had Buyer Protection but that's not worth anything either as I was still expected to pay Return Shipping to China. Won't be ordering anything from overseas again. Disgraceful treatment!
