I placed an order for three pairs of ankle comfy boots two months later I received three pairs ofcomfy shoes nothing resembling what was advertised sizes were in accurate and it is very difficult to return any item because of dissatisfaction just a terrible company to deal with, never again! No customer service telephone number and e mails go un answered.

I placed an order on December 22,2017 and today it is February 15,2018 and I have still not I received it. When I enquired about the status of my order today (not the first one by the way) it now says that they are on holidays! I have asked for my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They had created a amazing online platform for shopping clothes. They are superb with services they provide. The clothes are really good and delivery is always on time

Dreadful company.Do not use them. Dreadful quality. Returned the item weeks ago and still waiting for a refund. Have emailed them several times and they send a standardised reply asking me to be patient as they have a backlog! I'm not surprised! All in broken English too.Am angry they are still trading and other people have obviously been scammed like me, and continue to be scammed. Dont waste your money, like I have.

Avoid this company at all costs. Tried to return an item which was substandard and which bore little resemblance to the advertised illustration.
They give the impression that returning an item for refund is straightforward but it's anything but.
Impossible to log in - email address conveniently 'not recognized' - ending up going round in circles. Will take item to a charity shop instead..

Its a scam... sent wrong size and require me to pay shipping back to china - I did not order wrong size they sent a shoe that clearly mismarked

Purchased shoes, they sent the wrong size and couldnt care less.
Shoes costs $45, return shipping to China is $55. Their returns policy is a scam in itself, no one would use it so they can send whatever they like.
Australian sizes are completely wrong. I ordered a size 8, they sent a size 11. I've lost my money. Read their reviews online from multiple sites, just awful.

Waited over two months and still no product. When asking for details of when to expect my order I get a generic response with no details to my question. BUYERS BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND NOT A RELIABLE SOURCE TO PURCHASE CLOTHES. I am calling Better Business Bureau and my attorney to go after them for my money.

Terrible web site. Bought 2 item over 2 months ago, and still have not seen the product. Several emails to find out where the items where, or to get my money back. 2 weeks ago, received an email where they said, we can't cancel your order because it has been shipped. No signs of the order yet. I think this web site is scam! BEWARE

This is the worst product ever. Even if you pay extra shipping to get sooner. It still takes several weeks. DONT PAY FOR THE EXTRA SHIPPING. THEY WON'T REFUND IT. There clothes are junk. Poor quality. Cheap material. Poor sizing.

The people who have left the great reviews must be working for the company as this is truly the worst clothing company I have ever come across. Their clothes do not look anything like the advertised pictures, they use the cheapest materials, the shoddiest workmanship and send you the wrong sizes. When I asked for a refund they simply refused.

The purchase with this company really was incredible, I recommend to all, because although it is not a store in my country the pieces are beautiful and the time of delivery is extremely fast, which facilitates the purchase even more. I am extremely passionate and delighted. Great store, it's worth buying the products.

Although my shoes finally arrived after waiting over a month. The company was hard to get a hold of and returns don't even seem worth doing the hassle. I'm keeping the shoes but will not buy from them again.
