I ordered some shoes online over a month ago and have not received ANY response, neither a confirmation, shipping details or anything. I paid through PayPal and the money has been taken from my account - they got that right! I sent an email to the customer support address asking for some kind of response and status on my order, and STILL no response. I don't even know how to get my money back... I see from other reviewers they've had the same problem. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered and received two dresses. I ordered my normal size, but they were so small, I could not begin to squeeze into them. The fabric was so cheap they were like drugstore Halloween costumes. Threads were sticking out from most of the seams. I asked for a refund and unlike some of the reviews teport, they did answer. However, they said Id have to send them back to China and I would likely pay a lot of money including a customs fee. They offered 15% of my over $70 back or a 20% credit ($14) towards another purchase. Not a bad scam, they profit $56 since theses rags are worth about $14! Horrible, horrible company!

WARNING! Do not purchase from this company. Extremely cheap quality items. Items smell horrible. Terrible material used. Very different from photos. I requested return online before 15 day return period. They never contacted me back. Tried again. Never contacted me back. No return address give on packing slip or online. No phone number to call them. Emailed them several times to get return address. Finally contacted me after the 15 days return period. They told me return policy is before 15 days. You can't return now. Went back and forth with emails and showed them proof of my contact before 15 days. Still will not give me return address. Also, the order took over a month to be delivered. They are doing same thing to other customers. Read reviews and comments on google. SCAM COMPANY! FROM CHINA!

Rubbish company, I received a completely different item to the one I ordered which I return straight away but they continued to say they hadn't received it in China when I had the proof that they HAD received it. The emails went back and forth for 3 months and they continued to send a standard email saying the same thing, each time I emailed them. Royal Mail confirmed receipt to me and read all the emails and then refunded me in full. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE

I cannot suggest to stay away from this company enough! I ordered my product 65 days ago and it has still not arrived. After multiple back and forth messages with the customer service, I have gotten zero satisfaction. They are a joke of a company and thieves to say the least. ALSO, if you look at their most recent reviews, youll see the link between the comments... theyre fake. Those 5 star reviews that just all happened to be posted within the same day and equaled the number of 1 star reviews. Ya. Fake.

You know when those offers pop on your feed and you find some little boot you like? Then, against your better judgement you decide to purchase those boots. Well I just want to warn you about Justfashionnow. Their product came from China and took practically 2 months to get to me. Once received I tried to return them and low and behold, they say that I am over the date of return. Back and forth through emails and they are standing their ground. It wasnt a lot of money at all but I am calling them out on principle. I really hate companies like this. Make sure you dont order from Justfashionnow and double check that your product is already in the states. Looking at reviews, I am not the first person this has happened to. Rant over!
