I ordered a cute pair of sandals and after nearly 3 weeks I got a cheap pair of black rubber HIDEOUS sandals in the male with a CHINA address, no receipt, not order form NOTHING! NO WAY TO RETURN THIS GARBAGE! THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED I AM SO MAD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AND NO WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK! In case anyone wonders how I got this, I am a contract underwriter and research businesses and policy. I found their serial number. I hate people getting screwed by companies. The address on the website is a warehouse they ship from. It will get you nowhere.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a pair of shoes and they took four weeks to arrive. The first time I wore them the left shoe literally fell in pieces within ten minutes. Have been told they do not accept returns if the goods have been worn! When I stressed they are faulty and not fit for purpose they suggested I try and get them repaired locally! I am now in contact with the Citizens Advice Bureau who are dealing with the matter.

I agree all of you interested in buying from this company, to rethink it. I ordered a pair of shoes, and not only have I never received my order, but their contact information is false. I should have read the reviews however, I really didn't think they would be scammers due to all their ads I've seen on Facebook. So, please STAY AWAY FROM THIS FALSE COMPANY. I will tell all of you though that you can usually contact your bank and have them investigate the charge. You should get your money back right away (depending on the bank), and they will further investigate. Pretty sure due to all the reviews I've seen, most banks will start noticing something is not right here.

I ordered a pair of shoes 5.5 and got a total different sizing system, a size 38! I have been trying for a few days to pin someone down to return and exchange but nothing! I get these stupid automated emails giving instructions on how to go about sending them back but these instructions simply do not work. I only wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money. I'm very angry and wish to urge people to NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY on this phoney company. They should be shut down!

Boy how I wish I read these reviews before being scammed by this disgustingly arrogant company. They absolutely suck at customer service and despite pictures (that they asked for to prove damage) of the damaged, crushed and unwearable shoes they insisted there was nothing wrong with them and therefore would not refund me the cost of the shoes. Let me rephrase thatI COULD return the shoes by paying postage AND customs fees to return them. These shoes were sent to me in a plastic BAG. No boxbut a bag. Packaged with a rubber band holding the shoes together. Gave new meaning to Made in Chinawhich to me surely now implies crap. You buy crap you get crap. After waiting a month to receive these shoes they came in a bag. Each email I sent resulted in hearing from a different person... hello Lily, Yuri, Eggyer, Acelin, and the list goes on. Please, please, please do not order from this company. They are dealing in poor quality goods and they KNOW that when you order from the USA you are not going to pay the outrageous fees to return the item... they know you are screwed and they are enjoying the moment. I pray that the company goes down in flames.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on April 20th, 2018 and paid extra for expedited shipping. $81.16 total and I still have no product. There is no phone number to communicate with them, only email. Today, May 12th, 2018, I finally get a response via email which said itll be another 10 to 15 days before they ship the product and they offered a 15% discount! At no point did they communicate that there was a delay and gladly took my money and here I sit with no product or refund. I will be communicating with my bank first thing in the morning to dispute this. This company sucks!

Still waiting after months, they say the package was shipped, FedEX says only label was created by distributor. Company says it was lost in mail and will give me a 30% credit on another purchase instead of full refund.

Everything is wrong with this company. The clothes and shoes are of the very worst quality. Worst of all they take eight weeks to arrive and when you try and ask to return for a refund, they put you off until their ridiulous deadline has gone. So no refund, no luck. They are a Chinese comapny and it is shameful that Facebook and Paypal have anything to do with them. May as well have thrown away my £100. Disgusted and feel sick.

Impossible to return goods, colours wrong, sizes wrong. Spent $60+ on postage to China for an exchange and received the package back, unopened a month later. I've now lost money on the goods and the postage.

I already corresponded to your so called customer support: Each day another person emailed, even asked for pics of the items. I took lots of pics and uploaded them - so much work, to get the same answer, I already got for my first complain: Return of the items. I paid faked items plus customs. And now a am supposed to spend even more time and money to send them back? The longer naive customers like me buy these fakes, this game will continue!

I ordered as described of the website: Leatherloafers. I would not do so, if i was was written plastic! The sizes of shoes vary to two or more sizes, missing brooch on one dress, the last dress was even shopped 8 weeks later - the most lousiest service ever. And again: Faked items
This is the worst catch of cloths I ever bought: Shoes made of faked leather - two sizes to small, dresses supposed to be made of cotton or cotton-mix are pur Polyester and wrong size as well. This list could be even longer, but is not worth the time in writing. I waited for more than six weeks, payed at German customs the fee and did not get what I ordered. They do not give discount, but made me sent pics - even more effort for me.
Had to wait over 3 weeks for clothes. Week after I've placed the order, they emailed me to say my home address doesn't exist. I think they just play the game to delay delivery. Now I want to send all this poor quality clothes back to them and they want me to pay for shipping to China or 15% cash back. Never again. I'm so angry

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
