I ORDERED SOME SANDLES IN A SIZE 38, THEY SENT A 37 & SUCH TAT, A TOP A SIZE MEDIUM, ITS HUGE, IT AINT WORTH £1 SUCH POOR QUALITY, TOOK SO LONG TO GET HERE, BY WHICH TIME PAY PAL HAD PAID.
Had I known they ship via Kamchatka, Singapore, etc and are not located in the US, I'd never have ordered. They average a delivery between 10 to 20 business days which makes it a month. Nobody waits for shoes for a month. No response from Customer service except for the standard, computer generated, stuff. Never again. Btw. Still no shoes and most likely I will never get my refund.

I ordered three items and NONE of them fit. They were at least 4 sizes smaller than depicted. One with faux fur was so bad that the fur came off in first wearing! I contacted company for a return and could not reach - then they would email me with little info - I took to post office to return and the rate was over $120... and I only paid $84 for the items. They have you ship back to China. That should have been mentioned in original ad. I finally gave up... I have three things that don't fit and I'm out $85. Something is wrong with this picture!

This is the most unreliable and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered a pair of sandals at the beginning of April. Every time I checked on my order. I got some lame gmail saying that they needed more time time, an additional 3 weeks. Finally I got fed up and I told them I wanted a full refund. The first email I got was that they would refund to my original source of payment. Great, since that was the only way they could. Never received the refund. When I questioned that, they gave me some bull shirt transaction ID that they had refunded this to my PayPal Accra and I need to check there. IMPOSSIBLE $#*!, you dont have ANY of that information. So I checked, just in case, and of course I was right. So another email letting them know they were WRONG, YET AGAIN. I get another email. With ANOTHER BULL$#*! M, BUT DIFFERENT TRANSACTION ID NUMBER suet again telling me it has been credited to my PayPal. I sent them a very long scathing email that yes I have reported them, that yes I will smother their name all over every website, social media, magazine article. Anywhere I can find their name and I will drag their name through the mud because you obviously I am not the only customer they have done to to. Very sad and very deceiving. Not the way to win business, customers or returning customers! PULL YOUR HEAD OUT PEOPLE!

There was a group of 5 star reviews, all close together, that you can tell are written by someone whose first language is not English. SCAM- paid 5/2 for my order, rush shipping and it's still in pending status. You can only email them, when you do, they say send a ticket through the site, when you do that, NO ONE RESPONDS. I've sent FIVE emails with no resolution. They have forced me to request charge reversal with my bank
