Ordered a jacket and it arrived looking like the photo. It smells a bit weird though but its fine after a wash. I didn't have any problems with their shipping etc.

I have sent numerous emails and at this point, I have just chalked it up as a valuable lesson. I will not and will tell everyone I know to do not, order from this sham of a company. Wish I read the reviews before I parted with my money. Oh well. Live and learn.
Terrible quality, sizes and fabric are not what is advertised. They rely on you not bothering to return items by threatening Chinese import taxes. You might be lucky to get half back after initial costs plus return postage ( they will deny receiving the returned items)

The quality of the clothing is the worst Ive ever seen. They sent the wrong size shoes and again, the quality was very poor and they smelt very strongly of ammonia. I bought quite a lot of items and there is not one piece that I would actually wear. And if you want a refund or exchange, they will make it impossible. I wish I had seen reviews before buying, this company is a swindle.

Ordered an outfit which took longer than expected (offered a discount to claim once it arrived). Outfit finally shows up and the seams are unfinished and the fit is nothing like the pictures. Requested a return label, got offered another 15% refund. Requested return details - nothing - requested a return label again - nothing. Requested the 15% refund - nothing. This company are lying thieves.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. The first arrived two sizes too large, the second a size too small, the third fit but had a terrible (and I mean terrible) odor and the forth never arrived. When I complained first they didn't send me the address to return them to and then they said that it was too late to return them. Yikes!

Disappointing quality, had to pay for return to China after 5 months the parcel was returned to me with no explanation, still waiting for a reply to my request to refund postage. Don't know what to do now - very unwilling to try posting to China again, do not touch this company, wish I had read the reviews first.

I thought that they were a US firm. I stupidly didn't think to read any reviews. I even paid extra to get 5 day shipping... I wish that I could get my hands on these thieves. Lesson learnt. I only gave one star as it was the lowest. Obviously they don't rate any stars. Be warned.

As said in all the reviews, the time to get these was over a month, even though I paid extra $28 to have shipped 3 days. They shipped out of MUHARRAQ... I looked on a map, HOLY COW... it lies between Saudi Arabia and Iran. What the heck! Needless to say, you get what you paid for. Very poor quality sandals, even though they are extremely cute on the site. The size 38=7.5 USA. Neither of them fit properly. I also ordered some dresses and a top. Very poor quality, but will hand them down to granddaughter for the price. Not worth the cost of return. I will not be ordering from this site again.

My order was submitted April 30,2018 and still I have received absolutely nothing. However, Just Fashion Now has certainly scammed my CA$112.04. I expect at this point I will never see my order and by the looks of it even if I do it will likely not fit or the shoes will be the wrong size. Ordered an item paid postage to arrive within 25 days. This time came and went, I complained and got a generic reply saying will be despatched within 7-10 days- offering 10% refund for inconvenience on arrival of item. 10 days came and went, complained again, the same generic reply came back.
