Very confusing & every time I tried to pay with PayPal, it failed to take me to PayPal to sign in! I had given up until I got your email, as I couldn't get it to go through, but gave it another shot seeing as I didn't have to look through 100's of outfits to find it again. Jean MacDonald
The discounts and free items policy is confusing. I only see a free Christmas gift. I don't see the discounted items or the free items. I had a discount code oof $54 and at checkout, it changed to $3.
I didn't understand the difference between the regular tabs and the outlet tab. I couldn't add items from the outlet to my order.

I love the clothing offered and my only complaint is when I put one in my cart, it starts over again and I have to scroll all through every time from the beginning to where I left off which often stops me from ordering for mode as it takes 2,3,4 x more and I'll just give up. Which means I don't order more and I order less. Just a suggestion.

WHEN I ASKED TO SHIP THEM BACK AND TOLD THEM I WASN'T SATISFIED THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME $7.99 THEN WHEN I TOLD THEM I WOULD BE REPORTING THEM THEY SAID RETURN SHIPPING WAS $15.99. THEY DID THIS JUST TO GET BACK AT ME. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOUBLES THE PRICE OF SHIPPING AFTER YOU TELL THEM THEY WOULD BE REPORTED.

Now waiting for my ORDER # Finally got my order by 3 different shipping. Had to return 3 items. Had to call twice to get my return label. Had to choose with 3 options. Still waiting for my refund of $ 32.50 minus $7.99 USPS return Fees. Net REFUND $ 24.51
