Knowing that I'm getting a really great price for the items, I know the quality may not be as good. I accept that. My problem is figuring out the sizing. Everything is different. So you read the size chart to figure out what your size is for that particular item, and then when it arrives, it doesn't fit as it says. I know I can't return the item, as it's too costly. So every once in a while, I take my chance. Out of five (5) items purchased, I may be happy with 2.

The size of sandals ordered were in U.S. sizes; however they were actually European sizes which actually did not equate to U.S., i.e., size 40 is not a size 8.

I have tried to contact someone to return this blouse as it is too large. I spoke to Chat and the agent told me it could be returned and I would receive an e mail with all the information address etc. I keep checking my e mail, junk, and trash and I have not received the e mail and not it is getting to be too late to return the blouse. I am totally disappointed in the company and will never purchase from them again as it is absolutely impossible to talk to anyone who will help a customer. SAD!

I never got an Order Confirmation email.
Could not get any answers from the support department and I emailed many times.
Then a few weeks later the items purchased started to trickle in via USPS.
Only some items delivered
The items delivered did not fit properly and when I try to return 1 of the items... well that has been a few weeks since my request to return was sent and it was stated that I should get an email with directions on how and where to return the item with in 48 hours... That was more than two weeks ago.
Like I said in the beginning this is the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.

The shipping thing vs a coupon was difficult to navigate
Just a normal online order with no problems. The dress ordered seems to be made well and is a pretty color. I had ordered the same dress from another seller that took a long time to receive and it didn't fit so I returned it and ordered the next size directly from JFN. It arrived in an appropriate time.
I am more than happy! The customer service is prompt handling problems. The prices are competitive and reasonable. The quality of the fabric is just as comparable to any dept store across America!
