Their merchandise does not look like it does in the photos (all cgi'd), the materials are synthetic, plastic, poor quality and their return process is a scam. This Chinese seller goes by multiple names (justfashionnow, noracora, anniecloth, life is chic, just to name a few) you can tell the company by their pictures and products are the exact same under their multiple names. Have sought to return several times (given a Chinese address that are always returned undeliverable after spending $60+ for return shipping costs). I have only ordered shoes prior to this so I hope this top is satisfactory. I ordered a blouse several months ago and have yet to receive it. I also have another top ordered and am still waiting for that too.

I wanted to order 2 dresses but your system refused to allow despite that they were both listed together. Because of this, I had to pay for shipping on each dress instead of being able to pay it once. This raised the cost significantly and has me questioning if I will continue to use your services.

I like to see back view of online selections, there ore only a few that show the back view. I much prefer to shop with Shein online. I like to see front, back and side views. Also close ups of fabric, so you can see texture of fabric. Most things on JFN are knitted jersey. Not my first choice of fabric
Clothes look a lot better in pictures on the website. I am still missing 4 items from the original order which was a month ago. 3 of them are supposed to be shipped and a bathing suit is still "being processed"

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
