Site is easy to use but some of the details are not very specific. Some products have poor quality fabrics, poor construction or colors not as shown on the web site. I hav had to donate some new items to a thrift shop. The return policy is a joke since I have to pay postage all the way to China whaen the item was shipped from a warehouse in the USA..
Be careful where you click and check the shopping bag. The shopping bag had some items I did not look at in it.

I ordered and paid for a dress for my daughter's wedding and instead of getting the dress is got a 'processing' memo. When I asked what that meant, they said they didn't have the dress yet. So why was it being advertised? The only good part is that when I asked for my money back, it was done very quickly. In the future, if you don't have the item in stock, don't advertise it!

I was told first order I'd get 25% off purchase but did not. Also told free shipping & free gift on orders over 99.00 which all 3 orders exceeded but you charged me 245.13 u.s. for these unexpectedly at checkout.

I love most of my order but In my shopping cart, outfits kept changing the size I had originally typed in on my order which resulted in double orders somehow.
DO NOT BUY this item as it has been substituted for the one that is shown. The dress is the problem too small. I have measured 3 dresses to obtain the correct size each time but this one is substandard. Colour does not match the coat, inferior material to the one ordered and couldn't even get the original one past my head. Re-ordered to obtain the correct one and stated "do not send unless the background is white" and they still sent this unmatching too small one with the pink background. I ordered a larger size just in case, but still far too small. Had to pay additional freight for the second item. Total cost me $80 for the second lot alone and still not useable. DO NOT BUY.

Answer: Because you get lured in by deals and don't read reviews. My loss too, glad I never ordered more items - I think this company is a fraud, or unable to cope with plain business, shouldn't be allowed to operate at this level

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
