Really liked the clothes but when I received them I needed to return some items and I was not able to find where I send them back. I sent a email and no one has responded and I'm not able to get my money back. I havent received all of my purchase and I'm very disappointed in this company and will NEVER purchase again. I'm sad about that as the clothes were very nice looking but some of the products were not sized properly and fit terribly. Very disappointed with the customer service and not being able to return items.

It took awhile (about 3 or 4 weeks) but my new shoes arrived well-packed and in good condition. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable so far. I like the unusual style and they are very pretty. Happy to find my small size. Sorry I have to order outside the country to get my size.

I absolutely love the clothes on this site! But I was disappointed when I received my 1st dress (1 of 2 dresses ordered) & it was not the one I ordered! Same design & pattern of material but different color. I went on the site to see if the one I wanted was discontinued or out of stock but it was still being offered. I had ordered it to take with me on my trip overseas for an engagement party & there was no time to return it for exchange for the right dress or even for refund. The 2nd dress in the order came separately & took so long to arrive that it arrived after my departure date! I love your clothes but delivery service needs a lot of improvement. I would really love to have the correct version of the 1st dress I ordered for a future occasion if you could send that one.

I looked at the chart and thought I had ordered the correct size. Both to small. Nice product. Very hard time returning.
