The leggings were 2 sizes too big, the 3x shirts were 2 sizes too small, and the bras were quite cheap.

Still have not received all the items in my order after over a month. What I have received does all fit well and the quality is better than I expected. That said, I do not particularly like many of the shirt fabrics as they do not breath in the hot weather which makes it even hotter.
Not enough filters for styles (ie: under tops - tunic, crop, cardigan, hooded, etc.) Had to spend way too much time going back and forth. Depending upon the quality of the merchandise, I'm not sure I would go through this again.
Said it was delivered on may 19 it was actually delivered toddy 6-13 the event I needed it for was may 27th just a little late poor shipping methods
I tried to go by theirterns to return an item that didn'T fit. I was having trouble with me e-mail so asked if they could send me the "returns address" but they could not send it any other way and they ha e no "live people" I could talk to. Got my e-mail working again and after going through all their ruled. I AM WAITING for them to send me the secret address.

When an item became unavailable after ordering, I received a prompt notice and given a credit for the item, this is wonderful to know that you can count on great customer service. Only 1 item wasn't what I expected, the material was very different from what was pictured. That being said I look forward to ordering more items.

The experience was easy, but I am having problems trying to return the items since they do not fit.
I have not been able to return a shirt I received that is too small because it needs an authorization code and return address, which I have been unable to get. Also, more than a month after my order of 5/11/2023, one of the items I ordered has not been received.
Lots of beautiful clothes to choose from and I hope they all fit me.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
