Products- mostly made for tall people with very long sleeves, which need to be adjusted and this is an extra cost. There is nothing for "petite" people, never mind pants, except some tops with short sleeves.
Services- some products is shown and it looks like is not in stock. I am still waiting for my one top with dots on it, ordered on 04/04/23. The shorts, which were sent to me just recently, are not the one I have ordered; very disappointed. And your returns are costly and not easy.

The colors of the shirt were very pretty, nice and bright. Shipping took quite a while and was more than the shirt cost. The material of the shirt was different than expected. It was described as a T-shirt, which I expected a cotton blend type and this was a silky type material.

I ordered a white dress and it is as pictured. It came really fast as well, within a few days of ordering. The item is a bit thin but I will use it as a duster for jeans rather than wearing it as a dress.
I am a new customer to JFN. My first order had two pieces that obviously was substitutions. I would've preferred no replacement to the matronly unattractive tops that was sent to me which was nothing like the tops I ordered by comparison. One piece arrived long after the others and one of the sleeves was left unhemmed with a ragged edge which I'll have to sew before I can wear. I doubt I will order from this company again

The package arrived in great shape. Online ordering gets right to the page and acknowledgement email.

CODE offers are confusing. No way to cancel an order if I change my mind.
Purchased 3 items. All were as described and good quality. However 2 of the items didn't fit. I have found it impossible to return them. I submitted a ticket but never received a return #. I think they are waiting for the 30 day return window to expire. Sadly I won't be ordering from them again.

I find it extremely frustrating that all items count for free delivery! Then when I try to find out why and how much more I need to buy, the prices of garments have gone back up or are unavailable! I constantly get emails from you that it's really annoying the heck out of me. I'm sure that my two orders that I've put in in a matter of days, will not go smoothy as it never does seem to be a pleasant experience dealing with online people.
Answer: Because you get lured in by deals and don't read reviews. My loss too, glad I never ordered more items - I think this company is a fraud, or unable to cope with plain business, shouldn't be allowed to operate at this level

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
