The whole purchase process was perfect with this online boutique, without any problem. I had to make a size change and it was very easy. I will send an email saying that it would take me a while to respond, but I think it was only a couple of days and the whole process of change was not more than two weeks.

Nothing looks like the photo... repeat - NOTHING LOOKS LIKE THE PHOTO. Cost more to return than what you paid. Spend $80+, cost $80 to return, so you're stuck "accepting their 15% refund offer. Find the worse swap meet (Actually has better clothes) and shop there. They won't post ANY negative reviews online.

I found this boutique on the internet with nice clothes, good quality, affordable and free shipping. I love buying clothes here, it is a very good online clothing and accessories store.

The company is crooked. They are making fabulous pictures, also photoshop them, and make things appear perfect for an incredibly low price. Believe me, things they sell are not worth any more then the price you pay, if not less. This top (https://www.justfashionnow.com/products/new-women-fashion-plus-size-casual-floral-vintage-long-sleeve-v-neck-shirts-tops-*******) looks on the picture soft, fluffy, sweater-like, right? Well, it is not. It is just a thin average-looking t-shirt. See my pics. And the company does not want to straighten this out, because it's been more than 15 days since delivery (I was on vacation). Moreover, after I argued with them, sent many emails asking to rectify the situation, they banned me from writing reviews on their site. I've just tried to do that for the first time, and here I am writing a review on 'sitejabber' instead.

Save yourself the stress and don't buy from this crap company. Very poor quality merchandise. Shipped from US warehouses but require returns be sent to China. You have been warned!

The product arrived much sooner than I expected. I was very pleased with that. The quality of the shirt and its design were Excellent! The colors are so vibrant on the shirt! Shopping was very easy and available selections were quite abundant! I Love it here!

Do not buy from this company! The pictures in the ads do not represent an accurate depiction of the actual product! The vibrant colors were non existent. I ordered a top that appeared to be a sweater-like knit with a scalloped neckline and a dress. What I received was a flimsy polyester-type top with a saggy neckline and a dress that did not look anything like the picture. The material of the dress was very thin the way it was sewn very poor. I could have saved myself lots of money had I only read these reviews. The pictures are fraudulent. The items are not the same vibrant colors, the material is horrible synthetic junk, the sewing is poor, the fit is bad, so overall of the lowest quality. Upon opening the package, I saw how bad everything was but was told sending them back would cost me more money than keeping them. I was offered 25% of my purchase price which I told them that was not acceptable. I return the items to the address that was on the package which is a California address. I'm disputing the charges on my credit card and Paypal. I will get a full refund! I will not allow this company to rip me off.

I pretty much buy all my clothes on this website, I always get compliments on my outfit, and I direct people to this site. I even bought my prom dress here lolol

Shipping took forever. Thought the package was stuck/lost and almost disputed the charge, but then it finally came.
The shoes were not in a box, but a plastic bag. Overpriced for quality of the merchandise and shipping.

Before you buy anything from this "company", do your research! Bypass the five star reviews, because they are all fake.

I ordered 3 items on 3/12/2021. They quickly responded that they would ship in 10-15 days. They did not. After I contacted them they apologized, and later said they had shipped an my order was now complete. Weeks later ONE item arrived. It was very poorly sized and poorly made. I again contacted them only to get a repeat performance. The cut of the garment appeared to have been done by a five-year-old. The proportions of the item would not have fit ANY human being! Once again my order was called "complete." On 5/18/2021 I again contacted them only to be asked to please be patient a while longer and they would offer me a 20% discount on my next order! This does not seem to be a legitimate business. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering.

Their fashions are usually made of cheap material. And their return policy is WORTHLESS... they want you to send merchandise back to China AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE or get a 15% refund to alter the clothing... it will cost much more than that. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

I was excited when I saw the perfect sweater and socks on JustFashionNow to send my daughter for Christmas. I know the package arrived because she said it did.
What I could not understand was why she promised to send a picture but never did. In fact she never mentioned it again. This was not like her.
I looked this place up online and found several critical reviews. Thinking the worst, I asked my daughter about it. She hated to admit that I had wasted my money but she did. She still has not sent a picture because she did not want me to feel bad about this.
What I do know is that the beautiful cardigan I ordered was not the advertised knitted cardigan at all. It was a shirt - and a poor one at that. (I never did ask her about the socks I ordered as well).
My daughter is embarrassed... and I am mad. Total waste of money. And now, when I complain... too bad... "you're past the 15 day return deadline". No understanding here at all. No consideration of the circumstance. And no courtesy of a reply from the manager who I appealed to.
BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE! YOU MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE BUYING.

I ordered items, about 5 did not fit, since this is international shipping I would have to have paid 60.00 to ship them. Bad surprise.
The last order, I had a bunch of clothes come in but the shawl collar blue dress I really wanted was not among them. Could get no response from company. Out more money. Never again!

The scoop neck bodysuit from this online boutique is to die for. It looks crazy on me and my curves look great.

I was surprised to be able to buy affordable casual style clothes here on this website. They are not just dresses and blouses. It's great.
