Had difficulty in finalizing the order, wanted to delete free gift. Not clear what the $36.99 standard is, is this shipping? Do not understand what the $9.99 charge was for, Had difficulty with the entire order, your web page is not user friendly. Want to return the entire order due to the sizing issues, product quality, etc.

It's like they photographer a beautiful cotton blouse and then printed it on cheap material. So disappointed!

Purchase process was simple. Liked the multi-colored glass looking material in a long dress. When it arrived, it was as LOVELY as advertised. Very Pleased. Reasonable price. 6-3-2023. Mgb.

Lots of items to choose from. It really took a long time for all four items to come. I like the quality of the items but some of the items I will have to alter as I think the size was wrong for the style of the top. I am completely satisfied with the cost of the items.

The items I received were great quality for the price, however two remaining items still have not been received and its been over a month now.

I looked forward to receiving my items,however, I was totally disappointed when it arrived. White pants were not white and the same for the navy pants. A drab blue. The two blouses were also disappointing. I will be giving these items to a local charity

Had a problem with payment part at first, okay now.

I needed to return several items because they didn't fit comfortably. I had to pay shipping to return the items! I love the clothes but think returns/exchanges should be free (like Amazon). I won't be ordering from Just Fashion Now again.

First time ordering, no comment until I'm sure of quality of fabric and/or any of your products. Maybe if/when I order more products, I might give a better rating. Thought I was given a discount for being first timer customer. Guess I was wrong.

Two of the dresses are somewhat larger than small size
I don't send them back because it will be complicated and I lack time right now

Love these clothes! They are try to size and the material is nice.

Love the styles and the price but the dress was way too small even though I purchased my usual size. Returning the dress was a hassle and I still have not received the promised refund yet.

3rd time I've ordered…. I order 4 items in XL. 1 fits….2 could fit my car and one would fit my 10 year old granddaughter
It was the same with 2 sweaters I order last fall one is great and the other is too small to even try on!
I didn't return any of them because on my first order someone at your place told me the return shipping would cost more than the items

Placed and order over a month ago and part of my order still hasn't shipped and items that were shipped still haven't arrived. I contacted customer service and was pretty much told to wait for it.
