I love this place. I just wish it would come faster. The outfit that I just got to wear to a graduation is crooked on the bottom of the pants, one leg is longer than the other. I am going to have to return them because I dont know how to sew

I ordered the wrong size as Large was the correct inches per your site but I should have ordered Medium. I had to cancel part of my order because it was taking to long to get even though I ordered it 4 weeks before ye vacation. I have ask for label to return the merchandise I did get but have not gotten it yet.

I ordered at least four items well over six weeks ago. One pair of sandals arrived. The dress I ordered never arrived, nor did another pair of shoes and an additional item. Over $100.00 total. There was never a confirmation of the order, nor any follow-up emails. No way to track order. No way to communicate. That's pretty much my definition of theft. Buyer beware.
Good variety of items however still waiting for my items cancelled out of stock tried to replacement have not heard anything. Still waiting for 3rd item.

But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
