I ordered $100 worth of clothing a month ago. Within two weeks I received the firs shipment, the rest was pending. I knew immedieately I would never wear the clothes as the quality is very very poor and not like the pictures. I emailed that day and explained that I wanted to make a return but I did not have the rest of the order so I wouldn't make the 15 day cut off. They asked me to wait for the rest of the order. 10 days later I received a dress that I also want to return. I still have not received the last shirt. I emailed to return and they kept saying that it was outside of the `15 days I am trying to explain that I couldn't return it because I did not have the whole order and I didn't want to pay twice to ship to China. They offered me only 15% of my money back. I am a single mom and 3rd grade teacher and I can not afford to be ripped off like this. Can someone from the company please help me or can someone else tell me who to contact to complain so they can not continue to hurt people like this.

LOOKS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU WANT TO RETURN YOU HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE TO CHINA OUT YOUR OWN MONEY. THE PATTERN IS PRINTED ON NOT SEWN LIKE PICTURE QUALITY IS APPALLING 15 EMAILS LATER ONLY OFFERED 35% REFUND SHOCKING SERVICE AND PRODUCTS AVOID! Wont even let me upload real life pictures to prove how different product is to picture!

This website really makes me very happy with their online service, they recover well when something (rarely) goes wrong. On average you check it once a week and I know what you get and I know it will get to where you ask for it to be shipped, it's simple.

Usually for birthdays or events and I have always received my items on time. Their variety of clothes and sizes is incredible, it never disappoints me.
