Ordered in mid November understanding from the seller that the product should be received within one month (before Christmas). Not so, purchased 4 items and paid up front but only received 3 and that was not until the first week of January. Two felt hats ended up being cotton & polyester and the leather boots were cheap vinyl. The seller doesn't allow the return of hats due to health reasons and to return the boots, as it would be at my expense, would cost more than they are worth. NOT HAPPY! Cheap products, seller lied about the details and shipping time was unbelievable. Not only that the hats and boots were shipped in a plastic bag, not a box, and were crushed and folded so looked even cheaper. If the value was there the seller would at least try to preserve that by taking more care with the shipping. WHAT A PILE OF CRAP! I am not getting any satisfaction through the company directly so have asked PAYPAL to help. If I can save someone else from this heartache then I have done my job. Thanks!
