I just love the huge selection of fashion to choose from, and that most things are offered in many different colours, but I caution customers to check twice about the sizing/measurements. Some things tend to fit smaller.
I strongly disagree with JFN's return policy. It is extremely expensive to return items for a refund since customers would have to pay to return articles to China. This is not good customer relations. Twice I have been misled when ordering from JFN. The sizing was wrong. I ordered the items in size XXL and when I received them they only fit like size L. I could not return them because it was so expensive for the postage to China and especially because I had to have a tracking number which made it more expensive. When I complained, I was told I would get a percentage off on my next order, which is this present order, but I did not. You have terrible customer service and do not have accurage sizing. If the article I ordered in size Small (6 to 8) is too small, I will never order from JFN again and I will make it known what a poor company you are.
I purchased 3 times from the store the 3. Times I received my item's different colours and different look, when I wanted my refund and return they told me I have to pay for the shipping cost, this is was my last time buying from judtforfashion
SCAM! I have waited 3 months for my order only to be told today that it was destroyed because I put the WRONG ZipCode on my order. FYI, both my phone & PayPal automatically fill this in- with the CORRECT Zip Code! After much arguing, I was offered a 30% refund. This was eventually upped to 50%.

Size measurement doen't seem to be correct, check your regular vs plus size. The description of color is incorrect as picture, pink is not kakai. Material is dry clean? It took too long for delivery, plus I have to pay to ship it back!

The shoes were mediocre, rather cheaply made. The dress fit was too small and not as pretty as on the web page.
I was hoping for more plus sizes and slightly longer dresses
I am still waiting on a refund and you said i entered incorrect tracking number. That is not correct. According to your system one item is saying the refund is processing but not the other. Considering they were returned in the same parcel that is not possible.
I have been satisfied with quality on about half of my products. Some cottons are very poor qulity and shoes and handbags are disappointing.
Ptrobably wont buy again unless my refund is made promptly.

I ordered 3 items in August-received 2 after 4 weeks and still don't have the 3rd item. Product #******* ladies pants. Of the 2 items I received 1 fit nicely but the other (a sweatshirt) was fine in neck & sleeves but very tight from breast down. I'm usually a small or medium size 8. I emailed the customer service but did not get a response.

Answer: Because you get lured in by deals and don't read reviews. My loss too, glad I never ordered more items - I think this company is a fraud, or unable to cope with plain business, shouldn't be allowed to operate at this level

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
