How do I find the last order that says it has been shipped? Can't seem to find it at UPS and it isn't here?

My shopping experience is very bad. I ordered 2 coats in my order and they were not as described. Both coats appeared to have pockets but they both did not. Also the floral coats wasn't as vibrant as it appeared online as well. I have requested a free return able via a chat and was told that it would be emailed to me. However, I still do not have the free return label. This is unprofessional.

I have purchased many items from JFN, and have always been happy with my transactions. However, I would really appreciate an email when my item has shipped. For example, I was just asked if I received my package of March 4th. I don't know which item is the Mar. 4th item. I order alot, and I had no shipping email to refer to, to know which item is being referred to. If that can be fixed you all would be perfect.
