My favorite part of JFN is the almost endless selection of unique styles unlike any I've seen elsewhere. I especially like the tops, long tunics, and jackets with artsy designs such as Impressionist paintings---Van Gogh, Picasso, Monet, etc.; also interesting floral designs of scattered leaves, flowers, vines, and so on. I get many compliments when I wear these outfits. It took me a while to realize I had to watch the measurements carefully, since the sizes do not match ones I'm used to, but once I got used to that, all my purchases have lived up to my hopes. Plus the prices are very reasonable and the service fast.
The quality of the items is quite good for the price. I am very satisfied. But it did take about a month to get most of them. I am still waiting on some items a month later.
Paid for fast shipping and did not receive item until after I needed them. Did not receive refund for the fast shipping charge Was just informed they will refund $11.50 of the shipping charge.

I ordered a lightweight coat that looked classy in the picture. What I received 34 days later was a cheaply made coat that was a foot shorter than it should have been, made out of cheap material that shed. Also it wasn't a United States sized medium. It was really a small. NEVER again will I order from this company! Are the pictures stolen from a better catalog and then attempts made to replicate? Terrible
I ordered 2 lovely tops. I think they went missing, so got in touch with Just Fashion Now and they resent the order. As yet I haven't heard if the second order has been dispatched. I love their clothes, but are getting a bit frustrated with no communication.

Would love the tops to be 2-3 inches longer. Not all of us have short waist and want to show our stomachs.
I am currently trying to return one of the items, I filled out the return form,but have been having trouble getting you to send me the return authorization so I can return the product. It will soon be past the 30 days to do so and then I'm stuck. I am currently in the hospital which is only making it more difficult. Had you responded when I filled out the form 3 weeks ago this would be mute.

It took me perhaps twice as long, because if I looked at an item and wanted to continue shopping I was returned to the beginning of the category rather than being returned to where I left off. I even had to close out and start the shopping experience the next day bringing about an email from you.This was very frustrating and I almost lost my cart as a result. At one point my cart was empty. However I was finally able to enter my order.
Two items I ordered weren't even close to a normal size that I normally buy. Both were very tight and almost unable to get on. Both were sweatshirts.
On the other hand Customer Service was very very helpful to resolve my return issue via email. I was quite pleased with the custmer service team.
