I LOVE the design of the tops, however, the ARM LENGTH for long sleeved tops are 4-6 inches too long. I've cut them off and rehemmed them, but WON'T be getting long sleeved tops again.
The line of clothing is a step above what I can find locally and reasonable priced.
Just not happy to pay $10.00 for shipping & having to pay return postage to get a refund. The refund amount was less than half of the amount a paid for the item. The item it self was sub par to say the least. Last time I will order from the company which is in China with no phone number available. Stay away from this company.

Easy and hope delivery and quality is good
Delivery was fine. Items were as expected. Beautiful fashions.
I seemed to have to keep signing in more than once.
Nice soft material. Shipping was pretty quick considering the distance.
I placed an order Sept. 4,2023 for 6 dresses. I have yet to receive one of the items even though they have charged me for it. They never provide auto updates on the status of your order. You have to keep contacting them. Then it takes several days for them to respond. Customer service is severely lacking.
I like your website and what you offer. However, there are times when items are delayed and you do not notify the customer in a timely manner. I feel I have to track you down at times to get status of my orders.

Needed to find an item by description that I had previously looked at, but there wasn't a search box anywhere.
I returned a top over two months ago using the return directions I was given. I have seen nor have I heard anything. VERY BAD business model. Why would you shop with Justfashionnow when they treat customers so badly.

Easy shopping, and receive it quickly
I very much like the clothes I have ordered from JustFashionNow! Most of what I have ordered have been good quality and a good fit! However, I have gotten a few in the wrong size sent and a few have been larger than expected! My biggest concern is that I have not been able to reach anyone to get returns sent back. The website give you options and when you click on them there is nothing to help you! Chat's have know one on them! NO address or options!
Also lately when I get an advertisement when I click on a new item there is nothing there! Different categories open up to no pictures, information etc.
I have several items to return for different sizing but can not find any help!
I have for now decided not to purchase anymore clothes until something changes!
Received in safe packaging. The dress appears to be well made and I am looking forward to wearing it before fall.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
