Generally things are so long both in sleeves and length. Many neck lines are so huge. These items for the most part are for the long and lanky, not for a 5'2" XL

Mostly all has gone well.One product on another order (butterfly earrings) arrived damaged,but should be easily fixed with some glue.Otherwise,all products have arrived in a satisfactory condition,and all have appeared as advertised.I will certainly keep tabs on the site,as many of the products are really cute and lovely.
I ordered several blouses/shirts in size small. All of them were at least large or XL. They were attractive patterns and I was looking forward to receiving them.Very disappointing. Will not order from them again. Returning them would result in my packaging them and taking to PO, plus paying postage - so will find a 'larger' person who can use them.

I was very pleased with the product I ordered, but find the sizing on the small side.
Also, it takes too long to have an item shipped.

The item was well packaged and delivered promptly. I'm pleased with the whole process.
I have reached out twice wanting to return a top that didn't fit as expected ( I used their sizing chart). I have been promised a return label and have yet to receive one. The order process was easy. Delivery time wasn't bad. They were very prompt and courteous in responding to my request. They do not follow through. This is the second time to have this experience. Thought I would try again as I know we all have off moments. I will not be ordering from here again.I don't have money to just" throw away".
The quality of each top were not as portrayed in the photo.
On the two tops, with the same neck opening, the upper neck keeps falling open with the weight of the buttons. I replaced the buttons with lighter ones but the neck still falls open.

I bought two items and the fit was poor. One was too bg and the other was too small.

The one I looked at was a v-neck, navy & white with anchor on front. The one I received has a round neck with some sort of flap and the top part is black (not navy) and the anchor is a light blue.
I normally wear a size small but your dresses are very big

Answer: Because you get lured in by deals and don't read reviews. My loss too, glad I never ordered more items - I think this company is a fraud, or unable to cope with plain business, shouldn't be allowed to operate at this level

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
