Shoes Incorrectly Sized

My shoes were labeled as the correct size, but unusually large, almost like they were a couple sizes bigger. Cancelling my membership wasn't pleasant, as the live representative pleaded with me not to cancel over and over before they finally went through with it for me. I had to threaten to call my bank. Wouldn't recommend

The boots I purchased

I saw these boots and fell in love with the color (dark brown) being a shoe lover…I was hype about purchasing and my first pair only $10…plus tax of course. When they arrived (shipping was fast by the way) I was excited about trying them on. Opened the box and the boom disappointed. Thought the length was a little longer. Overall very comfortable nice material. Unfortunately I can't pull them over my fat calf muscles. So I'll probably end up giving them away..

My order was delayed, reordered and that delivery was delayed. Half the product came in and the others were missing. Through chat support I found out that the items I purchased weren't actually in stock. When I was given a refund in credit to find something new, that package was delayed, the delivery instructions were not followed and that items was stolen after left in the wrong spot. I still never received a single item and have credits left to use but am out in shipping fees and deterred from ordering again
