The clothes on there are cute, but very cheaply made. You could find better quality at a forever 21 for a third of the price. Also, they sell out of sizes super fast. Having to skip almost every month was a pain to remember.
My biggest gripe with this company is their terrible costumer service. I had canceled my monthly subscription through their Facebook chat but was still being charged. After realizing this and reconnecting through their website chat, I demanded a refund along with my account to actually be shut down. The entire time the person I was chatting to was completely just trying to tell me it was my fault and pressuring me to keep my account/ not take a refund. Since my money was so important to me eventually I got it.
I hope they go out of business soon.

They will say that you bought those sandals for the cheapest price but you will end up paying more because of the stupid monthly payment of $39! When you called there customer service they will say the nicest words just for you to stay as there VIP $#*! that you need to pay! And they will say that you can avoid that clicking something but thats really wrong you will not have choices! They deduct $39 from me last May I didnt notice about that and I always check my email and stuffs didnt see the mail that before the 5 days that there telling! And this June the time when I notice it, I got rally pissed! Cause instead of having discounts you will Just end up still paying more!

As I've read the rest of the reviews, I see I am only one of many who have been ripped off by this company. Never did I see when I ordered last month that there would be a monthly fee just to sign up for an account. I chatted online with a rep who kept trying to give me the runaround. Finally, he stated he'd terminated my membership and would reverse the charge on my card, BUT if there was another charge I should contact them. Why would there be another charge? There shouldn't have been one in the first place. The way they are slick about it is by saying you have until the 6th of the month to "cancel your vip membership" then they bill you immediately with no email notification whatsoever. I happened to pull it up on my bank account. It was deducted on the 7th. Fraud. Plain and simple. I'd planned on using them in the future, but they just lost a customer.

I ordered a cute pair of sandals that cost $11. I wasn't aware I was being charged $40 for the membership. It never said I had to pay $40. Or at least not clearly stated at all. I call the customer service twice and all the consultants I've talked to sound like frauds. Now I read reviews saying the company is still charging them. So I'm going to have to cancel my card. This company can go $#*! itself. Im pissed. This company doesn't even deserve one star.

This company since I have gave them a chance has been awful sending bad product not fixing an issue when called in all they can do is refund my by a check that can take up to 12 and maybe get it before 8 weeks. Not only did they take funds that I never said they could when I would skip a month their system then says it was never processed. I faxed over bank statements to them that showed money was taken from my account. Then they don't leave notes as to what they are going to refund so you don't get what was told to you. This company told me that I had 3 credits in which aren't really credit you prepaid for those services. If I had paid for something and wasn't happy with it I could either return the item and exchange it not here you can't. Then if you don't use the credits I guess you just eat that amount once you cancel your account. I will never shop anything that has to do with this comapny.

Horrible online store! They reeled me in with the first pair of shoes for $10 and the shoes didnt even fit me right! Horrible! I forgot to skip the first 2 months because you only get 5 days to do so! Horrible! With the credit I accrued I tried to look for items to buy, but everything is overpriced or the style is just not cute (well at least to me)! Horrible! My plan was to use up my credits and then call in to cancel, but Ive been busy that I didnt have a chance to call. Horrible! So the next month comes and I try to skip the month using my cellphone because Im out of town and the website is horrible to navigate! Horrible! I was on vacation so of course I forget. They charged me this morning while I was getting ready and running late for work, I decide to just call then and there because Im just tired of it! Horrible! First you get an operator asking for your phone number and of course they didn't recognize my number so I have to wait to speak to a representative. Horrible! They put me on hold for 10 minutes, which is not bad. Then Eunice answered and tried to convince me to keep my account and went into a huge spiel, I didn't budge. At the end of the phone call I got my $39.95 refund for the month that they just charged and canceled my membership. Never again! Horrible!

I registered with them and made a purchase. I wasnt aware that when youre a VIP member you have to pay £35 each month. I contacted them asking to cancel my membership and they said that I am not able to cancel it because Ive made a purchase but if I skip each month, then I wont be charged. Ive skipped my first month and few days later got charged £35. I contacted them and they kept apologising saying that apparently if you do it through phone it doesnt work and they will issue me a refund. No refund has been issued so Ive opened a dispute with PayPal. Theyve already stopped any future transactions with JustFab but Im still waiting on my refund. Also Ive returned an item back and its been a while and I still havent got my refund back for the shoes. Stay well clear from this website, absolutely scam. Unless youre happy to pay £35 a month for absolutely nothing.

I tried to cancel my first order and membership after I read all those reviews. Luckily my order status is still Pending showed in my account. Then I connected to a live chat through Help & Contact. First, a staff chatted with me I immediately. However, she asked me to wait for an consultant to manage a cancellation. I waited for around 10 minutes, a consultant seemed very helpful to serve. She eagerly gave me $10 extra credit in my account, in order to make me keep the membership. Dont get trapped again with just $10. I refused and successfully cancel everything. I just dont like the shady and crafty policy they hide. Who would keep shopping at one store every month, or keep checking the same website to skip the month every month? It is the most ridiculous shopping website I have ever seen!

They do not say when you buy your first pair that they will charge you $39 per month. I was charged $39 within 5 days of buying my first pair at the promotional price. Tried callibg to cancel the membership and after hearing me fine on tge phone, suddenly ehen I said cancel, the person kept saying... you're phone is off, i cant hear you. I waited an hour to even talk with someone. Finally, i called my bank and cancelled my card. This is an absolute scam. The boots i bought dont have any padding in the sole. Very uncomfortable. Please, please be very careful.

I legit JUST set up an account, about an hour ago, and they had a sale your 1st pair is for $10.00. I SPENT THE ENTIRE HOUR LOOKING FOR JUST ONEEE PAIR OF HEELS, trying to figure out how to add it to the bag, while time is running out and its about to be $62.00. They DONT tell you the shoe is sold out for the moment, so I kept wondering why my "select size" wouldn't do anything for me. So I tried looking for different heels. Same thing. I went thru about 7 heels, and none of them were in my size. NONE! But it doesn't tell you, I had to add them to favorites and then I saw it, ACCIDENTLY. It doesn't show you how to cash out or anything. Theres no directions for newcomers on how to move around the website, nothing. You don't understand how pissed I am I missed $10.00 hells, I was shopping for my wedding! I online shop ALL DAY, ERR DAY, and this website was awful to maneuver. I immediately deleted my account. I don't recommend unless you have like 20 kids so you'll have pure patience. Ill find another site to shop.

When you purchase something THEY CHARGE YOU EVERY MONTH 39 DOLLARS for every month you dont purchase something. And if you call THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK. Im serious. Pls dont do it, ive lost too much money;_;

It's difficult to skip a month you have to remember there is only a small window to be able to skip. I had to get a manager approval to get a refund since I forgot to skip. I tried canceling once before but was pressured into staying. Then I tried canceling the next month and was pressured again but i fought it that time. I think it's crazy you need to call the cancel. Let's see if i ever get my refund and if they actually cancelled me. I did get an email confirming but I'm skeptical.

I unfortunately purchased one pair of shoes from this site without doing research first. The website neglects to explain the $40 membership fee, and before I knew it i'd been charged for three months of not using the site- $120. After calling the customer service hotline, I was refunded $80 of that initial $120. After calling a second time, they assured me i would be refunded for the third month. However, after a week, no refund was received. I called their customer service hotline for yet a third time, and spoke to a representative that claimed the refund had been issued and to take it up with my bank. After calling my bank, they let me know there was no record of the refund, and that if i didn't receive it in the next week they would file a claim and dispute it with the website. I unfortunately did a little research too late, and found many others that have had similar experiences to me. I am currently still waiting for my refund, and if it doesn't appear by the 26th i plan on filing a lawsuit for fraud. It may be only $40, but stealing money is theft no matter how you sugar coat it and they should not be allowed to get away with it!

I bought a pair of really cute espadrilles wedges, I figured it would take some time to wear them in like most shoes. Knowing this, I put two bandaids on the back of each heel to prevent blisters. I got a huge blister even with bandaids! Worst quality shoe ever.

All I did was try to buy some shoes on sale for my birthday, that's it. I did NOT sign up in any way for their VIP program, yet I was signed up for and charged $40 for 2 months before I was able to figure it out. This site is one of those sites that sneakily scams you to steal your money. I'm guessing somewhere in their fine print they sign you up for their membership, because I DID NOT do it myself. And then, to be able to cancel, you have to talk to someone from India that you can't understand, and then all they do is go through their spiel to try and get you to stay.
Awful business practices overall. I will NEVER shop on this site again, and I will make sure that everyone I know never uses this site too.

I signed up for the VIP services, I was explained if I spend more than $40 in a month then I would not be charged for membership, that was a complete lie, I spent over $40 and was charged a member fee two weeks later. So of course I called into customer care, after being on hold for 28:45 min a rep connected who phone was not working I could not understand him and all I wanted to do was cancel, he disconnect my line I called back just to hold 30 min this time and have a rep try to talk me out of not canceling for another 25min, Not only did they waste my time, take money out of my account by " mistake", but the sandals I bought were cheaply made to the point I cant even wear 3 pairs of my sandals because they lean to the side. This was my first and only time I will ever do business with JustFab! I suggest you spend your money else where

I have canceled my membership on this website, with great difficulty 4 years ago (yes, I did say 4 years), a membership to which I was automatically subscribed to by buying one item.
Today I found out they have been charging my new credit card 40$ for the past two months. I don't even know how they have my new credit card. I started a dispute with my bank because I am unable to talk to anyone from Justfab customer support other than a robot which keeps telling me that my options are invalid.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
