Made two orders on the same day. Order #2 arrived in five days. Order #1 sat in California over 10 days before being shipped. Delivery date kept changing. Contacted customer service and the told me to wait a couple more days. Then we were disconnected.

Not happy after more than 7 years I am ending my membership. To much is …. Doesn't ship internationally. I can no longer find the styles and can't order men's shoes at all. This was the best shoe deal but not anymore.

I purchased my items in November around Thanksgiving. Originally my package was suppose to arrive the 2nd day of December 2024. Then I go to check again my package is running behind okay that's fine they changed the date to December 3rd. December 3rd comes and nothig, so I go to check and my package has been rescheduled like 4 times and it still in one spot. It's annoying and it's just sitting in another state not doing anything. I don't know why companies choose FedEX they are the worst delivery service created. I've purchased shoes in the past from just fab and never had this type of issue.
