Dream Pairs

Justfab is a scam

It's a scam of a site hoping you won't skip the month then they have you're money, you have 12 months to spend it and if you don't it's just gone.

Returns, if you return something sure it doesn't cost you money but it will cost you 3x the points they gave you for purchasing those same items!

The products are nothing but cheap junk! Even the linen is so cheap it's scratchy and terrible.

Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Very bad customer service

I skip the month and for some reason it didn't work. I realized it didn't work because I got an email saying you took the credit for the month. I tried to reached you as soon as it happened but unfortunately I ended up chatting with more than 3 agents one after another and no one solve my issue. I skipped the weekend between the 30th and the 1st and it said it was "successful "
Very bad customer service, never had an answer. When I was talking to the last customer service they asked me a question and while I was typing my answer the conversation was disconnected again. When I saw the time it was just a minute of difference between the question and my answer. Plus I still don't get the package that I ordered before.
I would appreciate a refund for that month. I reached out to you for help or a solution, but the experience was very frustrating with poor customer service.
