Recently, Mayfair Mall in Milwaukee opened a Brick and Mortar Fabletics store; and let me tell you… I was ecstatic! Sometimes you just have to feel the clothes before you buy them. Coming in, I was immediately greeted by staff, unbeknownst to me it was the store manager herself that picked out outfits for me based on my online profile! She was patient with my indecisiveness, fun, and most importantly… BODY POSITIVE! After forming this relationship, EVERYTIME I come in she knows my name and what works for me! Tonight I came in to spoil my daughter for her birthday! I'm happy to have been able to share this experience with her!

Disappointed that shipping took two weeks! Nothing takes two weeks to get anymore. I ordered these items as I am traveling to Peru and have lots of hiking and adventures planned. I ordered 2 weeks ahead of time to give myself plenty of time to receive the items. I am leaving to the airport now and I still don't have my items. I'll be wearing my old Nike and Adidas gym shorts instead.

The pants run slightly small. But you have to get the order first. It took 2 weeks to get my order.

My first order of black leggings arrived on June 5,2021. I was so excited. I brought the package inside and could not wait to try them on, my first pair of legging ever. I thought I would wait for my husband to come home and open them then. Never happened. I place the unopened package in my closet never to be seen again until May 2022. I found them when I decided to clean out my closet because my clothes I was wearing at the time started to get a little snug. After compiling a mound of clothes that no longer fit and becoming very delpressed, I saw a plastic bag and couldn't wait to open it. It was my black leggings. I put my 4X leggings on and loved them. My husband came home and actually gave me a compliment. I knew then and there that they were/are the most comfortable, supporting and confidence building article of clothes I have ever purchased. At the time I was 305lbs. The leggings gave me confidence, I was wearing something that everybody has been wearing. They made me feel pretty. I started walking and wore those leggings everyday. Those poor legging went through hell, but you could never tell. Just as black, elasticity and supporting as they were from the start. By January 2023 I had lost 50 lbs. Tired of laundry every night, I ordered 3 more leggings and a sports bra.love them all and they were 3x's. I now weighted 255lbs.
Thanks for making all of you clothing affordable and fit like a glove. I can never explain how I feel now, I have my life back. Thank you for making me feel pretty and allowing me to enjoy life again.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
