I tried buying the 2 for $19 shorts deal that was going on at the time. Website was very slow and didn't apply my deal correctly so it ended up charging me $19 for 1 short when I should've got 2. Also I received the wrong shorts. The website has a glitch where sometimes when you add a certain item to your cart, it adds the wrong one. For example I tried adding the One Short (lined) into my cart and it added the unlined option and unfortunately I didn't catch on before it was too late. To make things worse, customer service is a joke. The online chat feature is bugged beyond belief. After being connected to a live agent, the webpage keeps redirecting me to the main site so I can never complete my ticket. So now I'm stuck here with the wrong shorts that I over paid for and nobody will help me.

I made a rather large first order for my plus-sized daughter and teenage son. The fit and quality for both genders and sizes is FABULOUS! My daughter is 23 years old. She has Down syndrome. She's recently started regularly going to the gym with a friend from high school. I've always had concerns about making sure she looks adorable, trendy, and that her clothes are well-fitted and if great quality, which can be hard to do, considering she's about 5 ft tall, and a solid 3X around her middle. The leggings, sports bras, and shirts I got her are perfect. They support and cover enough that I don't freak out if she wears the sports bra as her too!
My son heard about the men's' line from a friend at school, and actually asked to try it it, several months ago. We are highly pleased with his shorts and especially, the joggers.
Next up, we'll be ordering for the rest of our family and gifting some friends!

I received this request to rate my recent experience from a purchase I made February 21 from Justfab? If that is Fabletics... then it's absolutely 1 star. I paid for expedited shipping and it's been two weeks and I still have nothing. Original arrival date was supposed to be yesterday and that is extended to tomorrow (March 8) The shipping I paid for was supposed to be 3-5 Business days. I haven't received the product, don't know if it fits, or if I like it or if I'll be returning it. Absolute trash service...If I could have made it zero stars I would have.

Just Fab have the styles I love. With so much variety sometimes it's hard to keep browsing without buying. One thing that keeps me as a customer is their attention to the customer. If there is an issue it's resolved timely. Not.to mention, the shipping is fast and I never have to reach out to find out where my package is. It's always delivered as expected.

The scrubs i ordered was supposed to have custom name on both but only one came with the custom name and customer service is not that much helpful.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
