I love these boots they are warm and comfortable and have a great class and style. I wear them with jeans, leggings, and skirts. They make the blazers that I wear for dress for success stand out. I would recommend them for style. They are suede and hopefully, I could wear them in the winter

JusFab sent me the wrong product and I had to pay shipping fees AGAIN to get the correct pair of boots. When I called to cancel, the customer service rep gave me such a hard sell and hard time about ending my subscription. I know he was jus doing his job - I don't fault him but rather the company policy that requires them to do this

I have ordered more than 50 pairs of boot/shoes and even several clothing items.
I have only ever returned 2 items.
Just Fab always adjusts the prices for my purchases, if it overlaps with a new offer.
While I do own numerous pairs of high quality shoes/boots, Just Fab provides greats styles to compliment any look!

I was very disappointment to received my packaged opened. The Post Office wrote on the packaged:received opened at 19609". That is not a good to rrceive your pavkage in that condition.

Order 2 boots the same size and 1 fit perfectly and 1 was way too large but it was easy to return and the boots were good quality and exactly like the pictures of them.

I find the last 5 pairs of shoes I've bought to be really low quality. The material is very stiff and uncomfortable. Have had to send most back - kept one pair, but the lining is damaged after a few wears.

So JustFab delivers everything it promises but at just meh levels. For me it's hard to find styles I like & styles that are a reasonable height. The clothes are a great quality & the sizes for me run big plus 'cause it makes me feel slim lol but again not much I personally like. The purses ara garbage don't even frickin bother wasting feria on them I wanna cancel but them stupid points got me like cash out or nah & how tf do I cash out so I'm pausing 'em so meh but I did get a pair of knee high boots here that are so it still 2 years later

I started to use just fab over 10 years ago now and i still can't get rid of it. Not because it's awesome (cause it's not!). Only because sometimes i forget to "skip the month". Actually last time they literally didn't let me "skip the month". Every time i clicked on it i was automatically sent to click on some marchandise instead. It's very poor quality for a high price. I never found any winter boots there and the basic boots i bought ALL broke after like 2-3 months of wearing to the park with the dog,i'm not talking about heavy hiking here. They are now withdrawing about 70 CAD dollars from my account in case i forget or literally just can't skip the month. Then you stay because you want to use at least the money that they already took from you. Then you realise that nothing is interesting and it's not worth it and then,even if you end up with something in mind,you realise that you also have to pay the shipping... So you finally pay 80 bucks for some crappy boots and by the time you get it-they already charged you for another month.

So ordered boots for my wife. There was plenty of time to update my address, so I did. This company failed to do so and boots delivered to wrong address. When I went to retrieve my package, no package. People at address said they don't know what happened to it. So I called just Fab and told them my issue. The customer care rep saw that I put in the correct address so put me on hold to get me a courtesy replace and then came back and told me call another day. Well don't order from Just Fab. They don't update their system and didn't return my money either. They are a company with no integrity. Delivered to wrong address

Just recently started wearing my new boots after the weather cooled down. After 4 wears, there is a hole/tear in the fabric of the boots on the back of the calf area. Since I bought them in September and waited to wear them until our weather cooled off, we're 10 days past the exchange/return window and they will not offer any compromise for their poor quality product. I've been a VIP member since around 2014 and just cancelled my membership after this poor experience. You provide business and loyalty to a company for nearly a decade, receive poor quality item from them and they don't budge on a rule to make it right for a customer? No thank you. Now I'm stuck with a nearly brand new pair of boots with a hole in the leg.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
