There are many things in life worth waiting for. These shoes were among them. It took nearly five months to fill this order; but once the shoes arrived, they were everything i had hoped for. Stylish, comfortable, and excellently crafted. Girotti is my brand for as long as the company stands.

I was hesitant about ordering shoes online from overseas in case they didn't fit well even though I read favorable reviews about the quality of the product. I have the boots now and am overall satisfied with them but do find that the inner sole could be more comfortable. I am also finding it is taking time to break them in so that I am comfortable walking in them. That being said, the boots are very attractive, well-made and fit well.

We have never purchased handmade shoes prior to this, and I was interested in a very nice pair of brogue boots for my wife's Christmas present. She loves these very much and they are very comfortable and well-made. The ordering process was easy and the company kept us informed as to when they would arrive. I would recommend ordering early around holidays because it did take several weeks for the shoes to be made and delivered. I would highly recommend Girotti Shoes.

Everything with the Order was fine. I was just taken aback by the production time.

Ordered beginning of Dec '25 here now end of Jan '26 and still waiting on a pair of mens shoes.

The design interface is excellent - I especially enjoy the 360 view. We can see in advance what the choices will look like, including looking down while wearing pants. I chose a couple designs well in advance of buying, and was able to fine tune as I changed my mind. The internet color swatches are so close to real life, there are no surprises when the box is opened. The leather quality is outstanding, seams are excellent and the fit is second to none. I get compliments every time I wear my Girotti. It doesn't matter what else I wear, I only feel dressed beautifully with my boots on!

Girotti produced a wrong model which I dont ask and sent to me, ignoring my timely request to change model of shoes

I wasn't planning to write a review, but since you asked, here it is. To be frank, for the price I paid and the time I waited, I expected a bit more. The heel is comfortable, and the size 39 fits me well even though I normally wear 38.5. They do squeak slightly, and I'm a lightweight woman, so that was surprising.

The main issue I want to point out is the tongue of the shoe. It's dark blue for some reason, even though I ordered black shoes. You can see in the photo that the tongue is noticeably dark blue, which doesn't match the rest of the shoe.

It took long time to get to me but it worth waiting for
